The stand out thing for Appraisd is the customer service. It is all about trust. You feel immediately that you can trust the customer service managers and they will help you in any way shape or form as quickly as possible. I have not been using the system long, and I don't need to because it is so simple but effective. This is great because it makes it easier to implement if I were to do so. The only thing I would say is that it just helps one area of HR. Don't get me wrong, it is the most important area of HR, talent management has a huge nock on effect with everything we do in HR.
