"We like having appointment reminders service for our clinic"

What do you like best about AppointmentReminders.com?

We didn't have to rely on patients opting into the service and sign waivers. It did not open our patients up to "spam" notificiations. We depended on the service daily. It was a simple system to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppointmentReminders.com?

Only 1 person in clinic was able to see the portal where patients were reminded of appointments and now the service is built into our eletronic medical records system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello - Thank you for the review! There is no limit in the number of characters allowed in text messages. However, we do consider each block of 160 characters as a "reminder" in your monthly count.
