AppointmentCore Review **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** John B. | Lead programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2021 **What do you like best about AppointmentCore?** AppointmentCore has a detailed enough system to cover most types of scheduling and integrates with most popular CRMs including Infusionsoft/Keap, which we use. It allows for more details and custom field details to be sent as well. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Some features are hard to find. Webhooks, and custom field data getting sent to Keap was not in an obvious place. There is no api to work with (at least not publicly) **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every business requires scheduling. We schedule Zoom meetings (with the existing zoom integration) and set our ms365/outlook and gcalendar tasks as well as email integrations and sms ### 2. I work with clients all over the US and AppointmentCore shortens the time to easily schedule an appointment. I also like that it is compatible with my Google calendar. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Setting up your appointment booking link can be a little time consuming and complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier to create multiple links. AppointmentCore has many options to limit when and how often you would like clients to be able to schedule appointments, but the options can be a little confusing to get everything just right! **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** It's a good product that works well 90% of the time. It is pretty easy to use. If you are looking for something that allows people to easily schedule an appointment with but while also working with your schedule, and any limitations you would like to set it's a good product. If you are looking for appointment scheduling software, AppointmentCore is a great option to test out. **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** AppointmentCore eliminates any of the confusion and back-and-forth when tying to schedule appointments with a client. Not only does it benefit me, but it benefits my clients as well. Clients can schedule appointments with me when ever it is most convenient for them while also seeing when exactly I am available, whether they would like to schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible or a month out! ### 3. We have it tied to infusionsoft and the flow is pretty seemless **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Very little design control which means wherever its embedded either needs to match, or else it stands out from other branding. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** If you want an easy-to-book experience for your clients that integrates with your other softwares this is it. But if visual branding is vital keep in mind you will be limited **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We book all client sales webinars through appointmentcore. It does away with scheduling hassles and saves our sales team time. Marketing can also tag and track people who have completed for follow up sequences ### 4. I really like that I can create multiple appointment core types to coincide with the different company calendars that I need to coordinate. The "check my schedule" feature is great for avoiding duplicate bookings. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** Initially Help/Support section was bare, but programmers have since added some good content. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** Makes great sense for InfusionSoft users looking for calendar integration & management tool **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintaining a consistent calendar experience across multiple platforms and 3rd party software, like InfusionSoft. Works well for individuals as well as distribution groups internally. ### 5. The appointment calendar was a bit challenging to set up but the customer service was helpful in giving detailed helpful instructions. **What do you dislike about AppointmentCore?** It is not as user friendly as some other programs. You cannot contact customer service by phone only email is challenging. And it does not offer customer service over weekends. **Recommendations to others considering AppointmentCore:** I switched my clients to this program before I really did my research based on someone else's recommendation. Do your own homework.... **What problems is AppointmentCore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm trying to tie in all my calendars to help my customers schedule on line... The Operations department did reach out to me after repeated URGENT emails which has been VERY appreciated. Will connect me with help on the weekend which is ALSO above and beyond! ### 6.
