I have quite a few international customers, and often you lose a whole day (sometimes two) in between them agreeing to the meeting and actually getting any progress in setting it up.

Day 1: Agree to meeting

Day 2: I propose meeting time

Day 3: They agree to meeting time

Day 4: I send invite

The interface of the actual tool can be confusing at times, but I'm rarely inside of it, so it doesn't bother me that much. I don't believe they have group scheduling, but maybe I missed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is more flexible than most appointment solutions and is a particularly good fit for SaaS business. The flexible design of how services and team members work is really nice.

They are starting to play around the edges of truly useful features like Pooled Availability which is very promising. They also give you full control over the CSS for the hosted pages, which whilst a little tricky for non-techies, is nice if you know what you are doing.

The support team are approachable and friendly and get a good sense that this is a company that genuinely wants to build a solid product for its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The default design of the hosted pages is a little dated (but that's subjective), though the ability to control the CSS helps overcome this.

Given this is a fairly simple product, it would be nice to see a quicker release of new features that are needed to make the product really stand out.

There are a few specific bits of functionality that are really needed:

- Ability to automatically send calendar entries to users (as .ics files) - (right now they have to manually add the entries to their calendars, which is ok but not seamless).

- Better support for pooled availability that allows you to select assignment rules for which team member receives which booking. Right now it's random (assuming they're all equally available).

- The ability to create links for services that are bookable for a group of specific team members. Right now, you can create a link to a service and limit it's availability to one team member, but not several. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several things I love about Appointlet:

- Sync with my Google calendar

- Ability to create different services that each have different availability

- Ability to add questions to my form for potential clients and clients to fill out when they book appointments

- Ability to customize the emails that send upon confirmation and as reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes I block off my calendar, but for certain clients I would still be willing to take a phone call. However, there's no way to arrange this. I'd like to be able to block off my calendar but say that people with a certain code can still book during those times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it syncs with my calendar so it knows when I am available, so no more back and forth - does this time work, does this time work? So much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
