I love that it integrates with my outlook calendar and I find so much values in that with my schedule. I also love that I can add other people within the company that provide services. It was so easy to set up and the staff are excellent at trying their best to help with an issue. They are communicative and active in conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Appointlet? I really dislike that it doesn't even allow clients to book their appointment. It gets stuck on the 'book appointment screen' and there hasn't been a solution with my ticket to fix this error. I actually lost a booking because of the frustration of a client that could not get it to work. I feel disappointed because I thought I found my business' magic scheduling answer. What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you? I was struggling to schedule client in synchronicity with my outlook calendar from other schedulers and Appointlet made that very easy. That is the greatest benefit and I love that the schedule is so easy to use.
