"Great to work with AppMixer"
4/5
What do you like best about Appmixer?

AppMixer has a friendly and flexible platform that allows you to define complex workflows and automation. AppMixer's support is helpful and responsive.

We liked that we could develop the connectors and listeners in js and push them quickly to the app with a CLI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

While using AppMixer's UI, we think that the user experience can be improved.

In addition, some parts are not well documented, but the team of AppMixer was always willing to help to bridge the gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Embedded iPaaS with full range of features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Appmixer?

The UI is intutitvie and easy to navigate. The development documentation is good and covers all important topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

The functionality to modify variables in data-mapping is difficult to understand and the test-functionality does not seem to work even if the functionality does. A few more examples on the custom-development of connectors would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appmixer?

Simple to create workflows that mix and match functionality from different applications. Uses NodeJS as the underlying engine, so the options to customize the connectors are limitless. Good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

Still early days and learning how to best leverage the platform, so nothing comes immediately to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product and team"
5/5
What do you like best about Appmixer?

Appmixer platform is very flexible and comes with a good set of components. You can access and modify these components' source code, which is a great help. The flexibility of the Appmixer platform enables flow programming to a very high degree, making the implementor's life much easier. The team behind Appmixer is very supportive; they allocate time to brainstorm compelling cases and sincerely listen to your feedback. The pricing is the only one that makes sense in the iPaaS market. We reviewed in detail probably all of the competitors in the market, both technically and business-wise; Appmixer made the most sense with its connectors, runtime engine, cost structure, flexibility, sales and operational support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

Appmixer's runtime enabled various advanced use cases for us, we only had difficulty in shaping Appmixer platform into an authorization management center (which is really not advertised as such). But thanks to the stellar support from the team, we were now being given the tools and changes necessary in Appmixer platform to let us centralize our 3rd party authorizations in Appmixer, alongside integration flows. Not sure if this counts as dislike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great white-label automation software with the most flexible licensing we could find."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Appmixer?

AppMixer is similar to automation tools such as Zapier and IFTTT, but it's geared for inclusion into web applications. In other words, you can offer your customers automation tools directly within your application. Pretty cool! It can also be self-hosted, which is highly cost effective. What I specifically liked the best was how easy it was to integrate with our react.js application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

Pricing may be a factor if you're a small company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An incredibly powerful tool available in the format that works for real software product companies."
5/5
What do you like best about Appmixer?

The ability to host the solution ourselves and extend it with our own code. This made processes around security and privacy significantly simpler as it is running on our own infrastructure. Being able to extend it with our own code also meant that we were able to build an entirely novel product that appears entirely native to our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

The product is evolving very quickly, which is excellent in most respects but can have some trade-offs. Documentation can be missing in some places, and there have been a few quirks leftover from earlier iterations of the product. Still, the Appmixer team is incredibly responsive to requests for information and has implemented a significant number of enhancements based on suggestions we had made.
