AppMetrica is great for quick reviews without the need to export and analyze data in your own BI system. While you can certainly do that and our analytics teams regularly export data for complex analysis, as product manager I value AppMetrica’s convenience and easy-to-use interface for quick insights. Also, the product has a great price and pay-as-you-go subscription plans. It was easy to integrate the SDK and 10/10 for customer support - thank you for being always at our disposal! We develop hypotheses, identify and segment users in AppMetrica, and understand how they behave — why they drop off or why certain things happen. AppMetrica provides a full set of necessary tools for comfortable work. The most interesting point for us - ltv&churn predictions. I never saw it before and it's incredible to get full info in real time. Everything usually is okay, but sometimes it's take longer than usual get an answer from support team. I like that AppMetrica combines marketing and product analytics together, because it's important to evaluate them today. I look at incoming traffic and its sources, and then how those users who converted behave in the app. That's helpful when evaluating the quality of our partners and the traffic they bring. Every once in a while AppMetrica releases new features that make the general user experience better. In my case, attribution import has been helpful: we were able to connect Adjust and AppMetrica and can now import very detailed marketing data from an MMP and see it side-by-side with our product data. You can get a free trial from support to try them out, but need to get a different subscription plan to keep working with them. I use AppMetrica to track the customer journey from first touch to conversion, and then see user behavior in the app post-conversion. I look at user acquisition reports to see incoming traffic, and then look at user-level info/activity in the Engagement reports to see individual users' actvity in the app. We are also looking at retention. We saved a fortune thanks to AppMetrica’s mobile app. I can check where the money goes realtime, no matter whether I am: in the bath or on a picnic. When it comes to managing User Acquisition, there are no days off, it’s like playing on the stock exchange. You either stay up to date 24/7 or lose money. Appmetrica literally is the fastest tracker in the wild west. It shows you the installs before the ad network withdraws money from the account. It is the fastest way to learn you’ve been featured: you simply see activity boost in reports. It is the best for dealing with ad networks spikes: you get to know about them immediately and put the daily spend down. The most popular function in my team is raw data export. We plug it into our our BI system and the analytics department uses it for custom reports. I like AppMetrica's user-friendly interface.
