What do you like best about Applied TAM?

The customer service is always available, the online chat is helpful and the call back service although not as quickly as the online chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applied TAM?

They seem to be a bit behind on the times. Graphics are very windows 98 looking and are in need of a serious update. Some of their procedures are very cumbersome and should be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Applied TAM?

TAM is an easy interface for the insurance industry. It reads just like an application. It was easy to learn coming from another agency that used another interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applied TAM?

I dislike not knowing all the functions available. Our agency has turned off some functions or has only given us limited functions to use. I think TAM could be much more helpful in some of our day to day processes if we were given these functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Applied TAM:

There is an updated version called EPIC. I think the functions of EPIC are good but we aren't ready to transition to EPIC in our office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applied TAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use TAM as our filing cabinet for our clients. Everything should be there that we need. We also have linked eTfile with TAM as our electronic filing cabinet. This holds all of our paper documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
