I like being able to issue any certificates directly to the insured through Applied Epic with the email function. It's very valuable to have the ability to issue certificates directly because it saves time setting up emails to send. I've been having a few problems exporting and importing holders. Sometimes when exporting, it won't export all of the available holders, so I have to make a copy of the certificate and export those holders.
