## Applied Epic Reviews
  ### 1. Functional and Valuable, Yet Intuitive Flow Could Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I appreciate how Applied Epic helps our agency keep on the same page, even though we have about 40 employees spread out throughout the country. I like the functionality for auto-creating load tasks, which assists in managing tasks and sending them to other team members. We've been happy with Applied Epic overall, despite the greater cost compared to our previous system. The functionality is quite a bit greater, to be honest. It also stays up to date with the newest technological advancements, which allows us to maximize our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

It's not an especially intuitive software. I've used others in the past that seemed significantly better in that aspect. You almost need an in-house expert who knows everything about Applied Epic or have to hire someone for training, which is a large capital expenditure. This isn't feasible unless you're a big agency that can make those expenditures regularly. The initial ease of use could be a lot better, and we're often busy so we can't dedicate someone to focus solely on training new users.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Applied Epic to keep our agency of about 40 people coordinated, even with employees across the country. It auto-creates tasks, improving our management system and helping everyone stay on the same page.

  ### 2. Effortless Policy Management, Excellent Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I use Applied Epic to document emails, quotes, and other applicable items for commercial and personal insurance policies. I appreciate that it solves the need to use multiple programs, keeping everything properly documented. What I like most is the ease of use once learning the system. Transitioning from AMS360, I find it easy to sort through different items and it provides multiple options to look up that "one specific document." Additionally, I found the initial setup to be extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

When viewing policies, it would be nice to be able to sort through them without having to lose where I am on a different policy, then refind my location. A tab feature to sort through different policies without losing your spot on the first one you looked at would be nice.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Applied Epic to document emails and quotes, solving the need for multiple programs. It's easy to sort through items and offers multiple search options, making it versatile once you learn the system.

  ### 3. Solid Management Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I find Applied Epic very easy to use once you get the hang of workflows. Data is easy to locate, and the attachments feature is very nice, especially being able to view the first two pages online right up front. It’s helpful to have insured information in two locations now, like emails at the top of the screen and in the bottom left corner, making it convenient to access information at a glance. I fully appreciate the ability to easily copy and paste emails in the online version too.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The online version can be horribly slow at times, even after updating our service to the maximum available for our location. Every time we do a policy cancellation, it quits working, so we have to exit and reenter to finish, which is a huge inconvenience. Entering payment activities involves more steps now, as we have to go to activity detail instead of keying it directly like on the desktop version. A recent update added an extra step when submitting new policies or policy changes, requiring us to select an extra box that seems redundant. Epic quotes often don't work in the online environment, requiring logging out and back in, which I find unacceptable.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applied Epic allows us to centrally locate our insured's information for policies and claims, which helps with easy data access and improved management.

  ### 4. Enhances Client Management, Needs Browser Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like how simple client accounts are to use for all information regarding policies, accounting, and any attachments relevant to the accounts. This makes Applied Epic valuable for me because all of the information for any client is available in a matter of one or two clicks. It is organized very well to help streamline our processes.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The browser version does not autofill as well as the old desktop version. Also, when deleting forms and endorsements within a policy, I can no longer use the delete button on my keyboard to delete. I have to move my cursor to the 'X' and then delete them. Also, there should be a way to delete all forms and endorsements at one time. Sometimes when I try to send an attachment via email, I cannot drag and attach the attachment to another email. This is useful for when I want to keep an email chain going but need the attachment.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applied Epic helps me service clients' renewals and new policies efficiently. It simplifies accessing policy info with a click or two, streamlining processes. However, the browser version's autofill is not as good as the desktop version, and the deletion process for forms is cumbersome.

  ### 5. Great for Workflow Tracking, but the New AI Update Feels Slower and More Cumbersome

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

Tracking work flow, reports, information gathering

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I absolutely HATE the new AI integration. The information no longer fits on the screen, resulting in a lot of unnecessary scrolling. There is a lot of lag time, especially when creating evidences. It it incredibly cumbersome to delete information when creating marketed apps from existing policies (this use to be much simpler). I can no longer add notes to the activity that is created when an evidence is issued. There is not ONE thing that is better with the recent changes. If I could convince the company to change software, I would happily do so.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Current changes have only created unsolvable problem for me

  ### 6. My Epic journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise C. | Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I still love that we don't need a separate application for storing files. I also like that you can view other employee's activities if you are asked to help out, no extra permissions needed. It's easy for management to update / add codes as needed and if you need help, Epic is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I wish they would quit changing things, and by that, I mean moving settings around. I hate getting used to finding a setting in one place, then they move it and I have to get used to it all over again. Also, when management does change / add / delete a code, I wish we would get a notice of what has been changed, because sometimes management forgets to tell us and we find out when we can't find the old code!

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice to email a client from Epic and have that email automatically documented in an activity. This feature is a time saver and makes better use of my time rather than attaching an email from my Outlook.
The search-by-code feature is a time saver when looking for specific activities you don't want to miss. I also like the sorting feature. I use this when I am searching for certian activities that are more time sensitive, like an activity about a payment.

  ### 7. Epic’s AI Email Summaries and Easy Attachment Uploads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Personal Lines Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I prefer the Epic online platform. I like the ability to drop email attachments into an activity or account and I love the AI feature to summarize the email exchange with clients

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I'm not a fan of the new evidence of insurance and binder sections. They are glitchy and not as user friendly

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us maintain our client base. Ensuring all info is up to date and in one central location

  ### 8. Robust and Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

The structured organization compared to other management systems I have used is superior. It's very easy to rely only on the management system and not paper files and its very customizable for your agencies needs.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The biggest disadvantage for me is the inability to toggle between screens within a client, and pop-up windows not being movable to access data underneath them. It would be great to be able to open multiple tabs for one client to access different parts of their file simultaneously.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization has been a struggle, but Applied Epic makes it easier to be organized and have clear workflows and protocols.

  ### 9. Clarity in Disbursements with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like that Applied Epic makes disbursements more clear and precise, and the details are so comprehensive that there's no room for questions.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I find the cash receipts process in Applied Epic to be quite complicated, especially when dealing with cash payments for financing policies through companies like First Insurance Funding. I would like a simpler way to apply these cash payments to client transactions in Epic. Also, the initial setup of Applied Epic was very hard for my team.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Applied Epic makes disbursements clearer and more precise, but handling cash for client financing policies is complicated and needs improvement.

  ### 10. Game changer on renewals and easier to handle client questions.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

love the renewal manager as it keeps me on track for the upcoming renewals.
How the client page is set up to give the most important information when you first pull the client

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

least helpful - is the search criteria, if not exactly correct, there is no in between to find a client
the biggest downside is not being able to have the renewals listed on the home screen for easier access

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

staying more organized with clients and able to locate attachments with a search tab, makes me feel like I am in control and not fumbling waiting or searching in the system

  ### 11. Provides great detail!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M D. | Personal Line Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I love how detailed reports can be! And I love that it's easy to be able to speak with someone if there are any issues.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Sometimes, it can be a little overwhelming with how many clicks you have to make to do certain things.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that you can search by just about any type of content and you'll find what you need pretty fast.

  ### 12. Efficient Insurance Management with Quick IT Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margery S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like the quick fixes and frequent maintenance performed by IT on Applied Epic. It's reassuring to know that these updates are regular to help keep everything running smoothly. The initial setup was easy enough, which made getting started with Applied Epic straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I find the processing time when updating an accord, creating an activity, or saving a document could be faster.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Applied Epic for managing insurance, solving issues with account contact, file sharing, saving, and policy data. I appreciate the quick fixes and frequent maintenance. However, processing time when updating accords or saving documents could be faster.

  ### 13. Comprehensive Insurance Management, Needs Smoother Processing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela J. | Commercial Lines CSR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I really like that Applied Epic has all of our customer information at our fingertips. I appreciate the amount of information it can hold in a customer file and how it is efficiently broken down into different sections. This organization means we aren't spending hours searching for a document.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I don't like if an app is in processing status you aren't able to correct a certificate of insurance. It definitely took some getting used to and how to properly use the system.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applied Epic keeps all customer information at our fingertips and organizes it into different sections, saving time searching for documents.

  ### 14. All the Functions We Need—Plus Great ACORD Forms and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I love all the functions. Grabbing all kinds of ACORD forms that I didn't even know existed. The integrations are nice, we use a premium finance company thats nicely integrated.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Some of my work feels duplicative. Also sometimes, to access one thing, you have to do one thing first. For example, you can't delete a policy if you have an activity open. So i have to go back into the activity, delete the policy, then re-open the activity if need be.

Thats kind of annoying.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think being able to grab ACORD forms for submissions makes my work a little easier.

  ### 15. Helpful Support, But More Complex Than I Need

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jeff w. | commercial lines manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I'm still learning and getting used to it but Applied seems to go out of their way to offer assistance when needed.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

So far it appears to be WAY more complicated and offer lots of things that I don't need in my job

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having things downloaded directly from the carriers is a big help. One less thing I need to do.

  ### 16. Seamless Connectivity with Outlook and DocuSign

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Inside Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like the connectivity with other programs, such as Outlook and DocuSign.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

While it’s definitely a positive that it’s highly customizable, there are times when there are simply too many ways to do the same thing, and that can end up being confusing.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment solutions and signature integrations. Ease of doing business for my customers by extension makes for a great product.

  ### 17. Work from anywhere in Epic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patty T. | Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

being able to work remotely, or anywhere, within Epic

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

For our agency, CSR24 is not helpful. Our office prides itself on the service we provide our customers, and making them do their own paperwork would make our customers want to go somewhere else for service.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall information on our clients at our fingertips is great for when they contact us for service.

  ### 18. Applied EPIC review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mechelle s. | Agent/CSR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like that it provides a lot of ways to make sure things are being done correctly. I like that it gives us more features than other management systems I have used.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

It can be repetitive at times. It also seems to slow down and freezes.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to keep us from missing steps and stay on top of activities easier.

  ### 19. All the Information I Need, Right When I Need It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heath M. | Agent/Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like that information is all there for me when I need it.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

It is sometimes cumbersome. I don't like the updates always changing things and then I have to relearn how to accomplish tasks.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me solve the problem of time. It makes it easy to look things up and I feel like I can find stuff easily.

  ### 20. Amazing digital experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel J. | Agency Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

Dashboards. I absolutely love the insights they provide and the supportive education provided to learn them.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Limitation around core insurance coverage (being able to export auto deductibles). I also feel as though Applied has too many items on their road map and is forgetting to finish developing some of their already established products (Indio).

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytics, Automation, holistic servicing approach.

  ### 21. Helpful Activity Tracking, but Constant Updates Disrupt Efficiency

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susie T. | Receptionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like the assigning owners and dates to activities to help organize follow up.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The constant updates make it really difficult to use. We learn how the system wants us to do it, the next day everything looks different and works differently. We learn the updates, then it updates again. Not efficient on the user end.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping with organization

  ### 22. well organized and clean formatted program.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like the organization, the clean formatting.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I think sometimes there are multiple ways of doing the same thing, or multiple steps to accomplish 1 thing and that can be frustrating

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us keep track of renewals and attachments from our carriers and insureds, and it makes it easier to stay organized. its very helpful.

  ### 23. Efficient for Certificates, Needs Better Holder Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like being able to issue any certificates directly to the insured through Applied Epic with the email function. It's very valuable to have the ability to issue certificates directly because it saves time setting up emails to send. Applied Epic has the option for pre-filled signatures to autofill for emails, which is useful.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I've been having a few problems exporting and importing holders. Sometimes when exporting, it won't export all of the available holders, so I have to make a copy of the certificate and export those holders. The initial setup of Applied Epic was hard, and the transition was even harder.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applied Epic solves problems with issuing certificates and holders. I like being able to issue certificates directly through the email function, saving time and utilizing prefilled signatures.

  ### 24. All Workflows in One System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

The functionality allows for all workflows to be completed in a single system, eliminating the need for multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Some areas are cumbersome to complete. For example, there is no option to bulk amend coverage form, deductibles, coinsurance, etc. on the Property application. The ability to bulk change policy level terms would be a massive timesaver.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating billing, marketing, servicing, and forms generation into one system and providing a robust attachment option for agency forms. The pricing/ROI for the system is also a plus as it eliminates the need for multiple subscriptions.

  ### 25. Easy Email Organization and Reliable Tracking for Renewals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anjali k. | Claims Manger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

It helps our team organize our emails and track everything, from expired clients to renewals. If there are concerns or questions about specific topics, the information is always there, and it’s easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

There’s currently no way for us to use the new Outlook to drag and drop attachments, which can be a real bummer for some of our members.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizational skills! And the importance of documentation there has been so many times when I needed to use the epic server to find emails from before i started in the organization years ago

  ### 26. Room for lots of improvement for Applied Epic Browser

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

This is a secure, reliable place for a management system.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The updates being done in the Epic browser are not user-friendly. The layout is difficult to read and hard to follow. Every time there is an update, more and more errors occur, the workflow breaks, and it becomes very frustrating to get work done. There are no real workarounds until the monthly updates are completed. Please move everything back to the old view of Applied Epic!!!!

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t see any real problems that Applied Epic is solving; it’s simply a management system.

  ### 27. Love the Epic Profile Layout—Works Great with Outlook and Adobe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna C. | Customer Service Rep/Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I love the layout of the Epic profiles for my customers! It seems to work well with Outlook, and adobe.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Sometimes it can run slower on things that I try to attach such as large files , etc.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me tie together my personal accounts with commercial accounts which help it similfy searching.

  ### 28. Plenty of Room to Capture Every Detail.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas S. | Personal Lines Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

There’s plenty of room, which makes it easy to ensure every detail is included.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

Sometimes there are too many fields, and it can be hard to find what I’m looking for. That said, it’s probably mostly because I’m still new to using it.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to go to each carrier to look up info.

  ### 29. Pros and Cons of Applied Epic, Overall Good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent R. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

The ability to make reports tailored around any of the information located in Applied Epic. Epic makes it very possible to get the information needed out of the system.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

The user interface feels a little outdated and behind. Specifically around invoice layouts. It is a hassle to change invoice layouts, definitely the most frustrating part of using Epic.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applied Epic is our company’s AMS, and we treat it as our single source of truth across the organization. We’ve found it especially useful for storing documentation and for accounting purposes.

  ### 30. Great for Storing Information in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley L. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

very organized. Easy to know what you're looking at.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I don't like the Locate Tab. I wish I could just search under any category without having to toggle the drop down option. I really don't like having to search last name then first name. That's so annoying and not intuitive. Let me search on one field and in whatever format by whatever criteria.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not a naturally organized person and with Epic I've been able to keep on top of my activities.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

The program is very deep and holds a virtually unlimited amount of data.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

I feel like there is a lot of repetition which could easily be automated. For example, typing a description in the activity line and having to re-enter or copy & paste into the notes. It would also be nice if you could change screens while in the process of a note without losing the note.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm relatively new to the industry and like the ability to mark activities as urgent when necessary.

Applied Pay because you can send a link to the insured and they can then choose to pay in full or set up financing.

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

That if you're using a wholesale broker to access insurance markets you have to create a submission for each carrier if you end up placing coverage for one line with one carrier and the other line with another carrier; ex. GL carrier differs from the Umbrella carrier.

The programming it sometimes takes to get what you want. For example, reporting should be much easier than it is. Summaries and Proposals should be much easier to create and should not require a computer programmer to configure.

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming up with new programs such as Dashboards make some of the reporting easier. But in general, coming up with new, user friendly, time saving programs.

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

I like that Applied Epic is a more current system and it's not anything like the old TAM system, which I hated. I also like that you can drag and drop; that's a really nice feature because when we had Epic on the desktop, you couldn't do that.

Applied Epic is trying to address slowdown issues in the cloud & browser. When you're operating in many windows and multitasking, it can slow you down.

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Applied Epic?**

Tech forward like ease of use but def commercial focused

**What do you dislike about Applied Epic?**

It seems to be built around commercial brokers needs not personal lines

**What problems is Applied Epic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a place to store notes it is starting to become more for us but still not perfect as it is commercial focused

  ### 47. Easy to Use Platform with Update Hiccups
