I really appreciate ApplicantStack's ability to post multiple jobs while using the same pipeline. This feature makes the process so much more efficient as it allows us to handle various positions across different locations seamlessly. I find this capability particularly valuable because it helps streamline the recruitment process, saving us a significant amount of time and effort. Additionally, the initial setup of ApplicantStack was pretty easy, which meant we could get started without too much hassle. Overall, these features demonstrate how ApplicantStack effectively supports our recruitment needs.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

Sometimes I need to use a very specific format for the application itself, but I'm unable to implement this individually with ApplicantStack. I find myself needing the product's code to be able to adjust to specific needs, which isn't possible without outside help.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to notify applicants directly from the software, which I find incredibly convenient as it removes the necessity of using my personal business account for correspondence. Additionally, the initial setup of ApplicantStack was super easy and very straightforward, which made transitioning to this tool hassle-free. The simplicity and effectiveness of ApplicantStack in handling my hiring processes and the ease of notifying applicants without using a personal business account are aspects I highly value, and I enthusiastically rate my willingness to recommend it to others at a perfect 10 out of 10.

I love how ApplicantStack addresses communication issues by simplifying the process of texting and emailing with caregivers, ensuring messages are clear and centralized. The ease of caregivers completing necessary documents in one location minimizes errors and streamlines the hiring process. I particularly appreciate that caregivers can only create one account per email, which effectively prevents duplicate profiles and ensures streamlined recruitment processes. It’s extremely valuable that I can assign specific document packets based on the caregiver’s discipline, significantly reducing administrative time and ensuring that each caregiver receives precisely what they need. Another feature I find handy is receiving email notifications when caregivers complete their online documents, which allows the onboarding process to proceed without unnecessary delays. The ease of onboarding through ApplicantStack is remarkable, making it a top choice given its intuitiveness and efficiency. Switching to ApplicantStack was a strategic decision due to its affordability and its rich feature set, making sense both logically and financially. Furthermore, the setup process was incredibly simple, allowing us to quickly transition all our data from a previous system to ApplicantStack without any hassle.

I find that text communication can be problematic when sending messages to many people at once, as it only shows a limited number of responses, which sometimes results in responses getting lost. Additionally, I experience occasional glitches in the system, which is to be expected but can still be inconvenient. Furthermore, I would appreciate more customizable options to deny caregiver employment when necessary, as the current process does not notify them, requiring direct outreach.

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

I find ApplicantStack far and away the easiest to use. It's very modular, especially when it comes to reporting. I appreciate that you can customize most of the demographic fields to meet your needs. The modularity and customization allow me to build out different demographic portals without modifying any workflows, enabling customization within a broader, more consistent workflow.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

API connections could be improved, as well as the types of native reporting. There's only a handful of reports, and they definitely do not meet all of our needs.

**What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ApplicantStack to track our recruits and onboarding, which helps us control hiring needs as we send health aides home.

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

I like the feature of being able to customize ApplicantStack. We recruit for several different departments, and it's great that we can customize the app and the questions based on the positions we're recruiting for. This customization helps us sort through applicants much faster. It's also been pretty easy to tweak since I've been in this role, which has been pretty helpful.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

I think from an improvement standpoint, just customer service. I've been here eleven years, and I've spoken to several people over the telephone, but have yet to meet my actual representative in person. Even if it's a virtual visit, that would have been helpful.

**What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ApplicantStack solves recruitment and onboarding challenges for my team. I appreciate the customization feature, allowing us to customize questions based on different departmental needs, like recruiting for police and fire positions, which helps us sort through applicants faster.

We have been using this since 2011 and have never felt the need to switch. I especially appreciate the integration with Indeed—jobs posted here automatically appear on Indeed, which has been the best feature so far.

Some tasks still feel very manual. Increased automation and AI integration would be valuable improvements.

The system is very excellent. I have completed five years with them so far. It is incredible how to organize and track candidates automatically and archive them as well.
One of the most important features is that I can communicate with candidates through the system and also design email content forms

I use ApplicantStack on a daily basis to review and process candidates.Applicant Stack does a great job of organizing candidates that have applied for specific job and making it easy to review and either process them or disposition them. A good user-interface that's easy to interact with and organize candidate records. Helpful customer support is available, when needed.

No real downsides to Applicant Stack from my standpoint. I do wish there were better ways to respond in mass to candidates for either follow-up or to disposition them.

It is a system that is very to use and learn. It has the right amount of information you need. You can have many users utilizing it. We use it daily and rarely do we need to request customer support.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

I would like AS to be able to update the resumes in the database. Usually the first resume you upload is the one showing in the resume tab. Integration with LinkedIn or other platforms would be amazing as well.

AS is giving us the chance of managing our candidates and having control of our pipeline and funnel.

I like that ApplicantStack posts job openings on our website and pushes them to other platforms. It's very easy to post a new position and to post to different regions effortlessly. I appreciate having a one-stop shop for all our postings, so we don't need to manage multiple sites.

there's not much we don't like as we've been using it for several years and are very familiar with it

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

It’s super easy to use and really well-organized. We started using it when we were only reviewing about 20–30 applicants a month, and it scaled with us as we grew. Their onboarding option is thr best I've seen. You can add videos,  employee handbook, links, documents yo sign, etc. 

We also like the customization and resume reading functionility with applicantstacks. Other systems we tried looked nice but didn’t offer much flexibility, especially when it came to customizing our career page. ApplicantStack gave us more control without making things complicated.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

Honestly, not much. I would have liked if manager role could get customized priveledges that are available to administrator role..but that’s a small tradeoff for how well it performs.

Creating a standardized process flow for applicants, allowing us to move away from paper applications, integration with our management software.

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

I appreciate having all of our candidates in one place so that I can easily and efficiently track their status and interview/hiring process.  I also like that we can customize so many features including their stage in the process, our email responses and notes about the candidate.

I also like having our job postings in one place that are uniform and linked directly to Indeed.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

Really nothing.  At this point, it meets our needs very well and anything that I haven't liked, I've been able to not use or customize to fit our needs.

Having a central location where all of our candidates are listed along with their information and status.  There is always a resume, often times a cover letter and email address.  It is very user friendly.

The availability to keep applicant's information all in one place once they are transferred to on-boarding. The requests for more information and forms to be filled is sent through the software via email, making it easy for them to respond. This includes their resumes, completed documents, and IDs. This software also facilitates posting jobs not only on local boards but also on Indeed.

It has two sections, hiring and on-boarding, I wish it were only one. It would be nice if everything was included in the initial package instead of texting options being extra.

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

I like how easy it is to keep track of applicants and interview opportunities the entire way through the process and also how easy it is to set reminders and keep up with where they are in every step of the process. Also integrating it into an existing system is very easy. If you use it daily you can track many more applicants in a very short period of time and the activity reminder makes it very easy to multitask.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

I have very few complaints when it comes to using ApplicantStack. Maybe organizing events automatically in order from soonest to latest would be useful, but that is a quick click of the mouse as long as you remember to do it so very minor in the grand scheme of things.

We hire in large groups on a regular basis and our turnover is above average, so it makes it very easy to get people from the application stage, to the interview stage, to the onboarding stage very quickly and easily. This allows us to get through hundreds of applications and make hiring decisions in a very short period of time.

We have used AS for over 12 years now, and I like to think we use the recruitment module to 110% of it's capacity. We don't use onboarding as we do it in our payroll software.
It's very customizable, and easy to learn. The cost is very affordable also. Support is possibly the best support team I've used in 10+ years of online systems. They are fast, friendly and efficient.

Sometimes features are slow to be developed. And I'd prefer if using templates in texting was an extra cost.

I like that you can post on multiple sites through one job posting. The library is also helpful to store email and job templates. It is also helpful to see the history of a candidate.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

The biggest downfall is that you cannot search job posting titles. If I have a previous job posting that I want to reactivate or look at for any reason, I have to scroll through all my jobs to find it. I also wish you can search a candidate in the search bar without the full name. You cannot hit enter and see what comes up, you have to search the whole name spelled correctly or nothing will come up. I also wish that every hiring manager could see why a candidate was marked as Do Not Pursue, even if the candidate applied to a different job.

Applicant Stack is allowing us to post one posting to multiple forums. This helps save us time so we don't have to go to each site and post separately. It is also helpful to keep track of one candidate that applies to multiple different positions on various sites.

The grouping feature that groups all applicants with the same phone number and email address. I also particularly like the automations that are easy to set up, such as emails through different steps in the onboarding process.

When searching for applicants, if you type and click enter, the page does not change. It would be easier if it would populate any names that are the same or very similar and pull them up in a full list rather than a drop down.

ApplicantStack has helped us combine our recruiting process to one system.  The streamline ApplicantStack has brought an ease to recruiting, interviewing, tracking recruitment process, ensurance that all are using the same forms, and collecting feedback.  We were able to implement the system within weeks and the ability to customize allows the system to be very user friendly.  The system can connect to business outlook and it allows for notifications to all hiring managers.  This allows manager to go into the system and responded quickly.  The implementation team has provided great support.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

There have been no downsides to the system, but you are building the recruitment process and forms yourself.  It can be a downside, if you don't have the information created.  This is the benefit of having a customizable system.

I like the ease of navigation with the entire system.  From posting a job, to viewing applications, to the onboarding process.

The one thing that I don't like about ApplicantStack is when someone is rehired and the application is moved to the Hired stage, it doesn't allow for you to resend onboarding paperwork for the new position.  You have to manipulate the old onboarding packet and change the stage back to new.  Doing this makes the onboarding paperwork show multiple times.

There really isn't a way to track duplicates (exspecially if they change their email address) The updated documents does not auto update it's manually done. Also, I put in 3 tickets about an issue and was emailed a closed case email but no one took care of the issue.

Duplicate accounts. Also, our ad states if you do not list in a specific state do not apply. However, people still do but on the initial application portion we have a questionnaire for them to fill out and it repeats that they do not live in that state. It shouldn't allow anyone to apply and that is not the case. More filters should be able to be used to screen new applicantants

I use Applicant Stack everyday and it's my favorite of all the onboarding platforms that I use for recruiting. It's so easy to access my documents and go through applicant information.

I wish we could connect the info from AppStack to our company's software so I didn't have to input everything for each applicant we hire on. I would love some kind of report that could be run where it pulls the prominent info.

Applicant Stack allows our organization to recruit fast and easy! People can apply for jobs with uploading a resume and it does an auto fill. You do not have have an account and you can make the applications as easy or complex as needed. The software provides top notch forms to use. Supervisors can easily move around and make notes throughout the hiring process. Training is provided upfront and anytime needed for all users. Great custmer service. The implementation process was easy and they provided great training. The integration with the onboarding makes it even better!

I did not like the fact that I could not see applications from prior to my access to the site. This caused a few applicants to receive internew invites from me when we had already dispositioned them in the past. (interview performance, do not rehire, etc).

**What do you like best about ApplicantStack?**

I liked how it is very easy to manage and to implement new documents and a way of doing things in it. I used it every single day before moving into my new role. The customer service has been very helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?**

There wasn't too many downsides of Applicant Stack that I can think of. This is one of the only onboarding/recruiting processes i have been a part of, so I enjoyed it.

**What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching from one profile to the other. I used to have issues with it, but after customer service support, it seemed to working better.

Everything that you can do with it, you can set up "scoring systems" you can get so much informaton and sort throught it even faster. Customer support is absolutly the best. i use it daily, It was so easy to to learn and integrate it into our system.

Its so easy and fast to use i really do not have any problems with it.

Faster hiring process and better applicants.
