We do all our onboarding paperwork through AS and even keep the handbook available for everyone to view easily. My absolute favorite feature (to date) is the History Tab...this keeps a running dialogue of all the activity in one place, staff can communicate notes to one another, it gives a clear timeline of events and happenings. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Not too many complaints. I do wish their was a way to add "stars" or tabs on the face/summary page for candidates. It would be good to "flag" potential people as having a specific thing that are important to our hiring process. I sometimes forget which letter it is that I want to see and I'd like to be able to preview it. It has decent customization abilities and internal features like contacting/texting. I like how offer letters can be created/sent/signed within the ATS. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** ApplicantStack does not have a good search feature, it's hard to search resumes individually for keywords/skills. Instead, you have to search by going back to specific old requisitions. Reporting functions leave a lot to be desired, and although you can build out reports there is a lot of trial and error and upfront time spent trying to get information that should be easy to get. To me, it is really not built to be an ATS for a large company / or a company that does a lot of recruiting. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** ApplicantStack doesn't solve our problems, it creates them. No benefits, and we will be switching to a new applicant tracking system in the new year. However, if you are a smaller company it might work for you. ### 12. Within our application process, this is difficult because we require lengthier and thoughtful responses. For example, if I am not in the office on a Sunday, the job could post if I was not in the office on that Sunday. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** ApplicantStack helps me run my EEO1 report after the year. It is compatible with the software that we use so that we can easily transfer the data.
