We started using it when we were only reviewing about 20–30 applicants a month, and it scaled with us as we grew. Their onboarding option is thr best I've seen. You can add videos, employee handbook, links, documents yo sign, etc. We also like the customization and resume reading functionility with applicantstacks. Other systems we tried looked nice but didn’t offer much flexibility, especially when it came to customizing our career page. ApplicantStack gave us more control without making things complicated. **What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?** Honestly, not much. I would have liked if manager role could get customized priveledges that are available to administrator role..but that’s a small tradeoff for how well it performs. **What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a standardized process flow for applicants, allowing us to move away from paper applications, integration with our management software. ### 4.
