We used Applicant Pro previously with good results and then decided to try an industry recruiter. The results with Applicant Pro were better so we made the decision to return! It is easy to set up our job posts and our account rep is always timely and very helpful when we have questions. We also get a good number of candidates to consider for our roles. Overall it's a good platform- the only feature I wish I miss from a previous vendor is a the ability to disposition applicants to various stages within a requisition (review resume, set-up interview, reject, etc.).
