We usually receive a response within 48 business hours, and we haven't had to deal with a revolving door of reps. ApplicantPro / iSolved does not integrate with our HRIS, Rippling. This has been the biggest struggle we've had with our system, as we are a growing company that hires many frontline workers each month. We currently need to manually load these profiles into our HRIS upon hire. As a result, reporting can be difficult because we dont have all of the recruitment data connecting with our HRIS. It keeps track of our roughly 2000 applications per year to the 80ish positions we post per year. Also allows me to assign applications to my team and for them to leave feedback. I like the candidate matching feature of ApplicantPro as it simplifies the screening process significantly. The layout is user-friendly, allowing me to easily view applications and quickly determine their suitability. I also find the job posting feature convenient because it allows me to copy from a previous listing. Additionally, I appreciate how easy it is to use ApplicantPro overall. We are able to source candidates and utilize HireForms through the platform for onboarding documentation, ensuring a streamlined process, which is crucial since recruiting is only a part of my job responsibilities. This platform is very straightforward to use. I appreciate the useful features, such as the ability to send emails or text messages to applicants, which makes scheduling interviews much easier. There isn't much to mention, but I have found that the new job matching scoring feature takes a while to get accustomed to and doesn't always provide accurate results.
