I have run into an issue a couple of times when my card was up for renewal and/or I was upgrading my devices where it was a little tempermental when it came to updating my information. It ended up that I had to do a combination of on the computer and then on my device and even then it was still finicky. I think in the end I had to completely remove it and then re enter it.
