The best thing is the convenience. It comes with your Apple Mac (mine is a MacBook Pro) and is powerful directly out of the box. It has all of the features that you would expect in a spreadsheet app, and is easy to use. If you have ever used excel, google sheets, or similar, then Numbers is a simple transition. If you list down the benefits the first thing you will say is that the best thing is that it comes built in, which saves quite a hassle if you are a user who just want to update minor things in the sheet, you don't have to download any 3rd party software. As I mentioned in the title, Apple numbers is only useful for people who are beginners, When you come to advanced sheets, Apple numbers won't work efficiently and you have to opt for Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Another issue is that the format it creates isn't so friendly that it can't be opened on any OS other then MacOS. The file size it creates is kind of large file size for numbers format which is also an issue for using Apple Numbers.
