Gets the work done, long way to go. The sync with the other iOS devices I own is also very convenient. All the gestures make things convenient. The performance so far has been good. It does get slow at times but it's tolerable. The graphics as usual are great. The security and privacy settings are best in class. **What do you dislike about macOS Sierra?** The Finder is the worst. Apple needs to learn from Windows on how they do things right with Explorer. The lack of software offerings supporting this OS has always been an issue as Mac is considered the computer of the "elites" due to its high prices. The battery performance is just terrible. Coming from Windows 10 experience, the performance seemed average and at times worse than windows. **What problems is macOS Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?** With macOS, it's easy for me to use Linux commands without having to download any special tools like I would in windows. It was a very refreshing restore without issues to regain the use of a Mac laptop from it being used previously as a vulnerability scanning tool for Qualys under Vmware. **What do you dislike about macOS Sierra?** I'm not a big Mac user and while I recognized that the MacOS is expected to be different than Windows, I found it more difficult to navigate, but its not the OS fault, it is that I am more Windows literate so it will take time to get up to speed on navigation and tools to consider fo the laptop. **What problems is macOS Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really solving an new problems, just going back to the Mac from a linus/VMware OS. ### 5. The performance is fantastic and it operates at lightning speed. Looking at a security stand point it also offers the best security possible. I also loved the picture to picture feature. It made it easier to work on projects and those types of things. I also enjoyed the night shift feature. When you work from a computer pretty frequently, it helps being able to have the night shift option available. The new notifications look very consistent and fresh. **What do you dislike about macOS Sierra?** I disliked that the Siri function sometimes doesn't function properly. Siri doesn't always register your voice and it makes it difficult to use this feature on the system. I didn't like how Itunes was easily accessed by pressing certain buttons. I feel like they still take too long to come up with new software updates. Also, there are very limited options to customize the system itself. There are also a lot of incompatibilities with other apps that are out. Saving space is a complete hassle and this needs to be fixed. **Recommendations to others considering macOS Sierra:** I would consider getting the software to solve more problems. I would also make it easier to navigate the system. I also found that it shut down and rebooted pretty frequently. To me personally, it wasn't competitive either. I like that I can sync all my other devices very easily with this software. I find that the system and launcher are very confusing. I'm not too fond of this software because of the lack of updates on this system. This system is also really good for using for marketing purposes as well. **What problems is macOS Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?** I loved that I could store documents in the cloud and have fast and easy access to those same documents. I also loved being able to use multiple Adobe software at the same time. A problem that I have solved with this system is having the night shift feature that makes it easier on your eyes. I also feel like this system is extremely reliable though and that's what counts. Photography editing software works very well with his product I must say. I feel like data storage could also be a lot better. It is also a lot easier to multi-task with this product. ### 6. The clipboard function helps so that if I'm using a couple devices at once, I can easily cut and paste from one device into another! Apple stopped support for these graphics cards in macOS Mojave. The OS is very lightweight, and I've been able to run it with ease on a 64GB partition. Dual-booting between it and other macOS versions such as Mojave and Lion has been painless and beneficial when utilizing older Macbook Pros. **What do you dislike about macOS Sierra?** I'm not too fond of the lack of updates from Apple. This would be understandable if High Sierra didn't still fill such a dire need amount the macOS user base as it is relatively old. However, High Sierra persists as the newest supported macOS version for many users.
