I use Apple iOS on my iPhone and iPad, and I appreciate how easy it makes communication with other people using iOS. I like the design and enjoy the integration of different devices running iOS. Apple iOS is intuitive, making it easy to use. It’s also connected with a larger ecosystem which means your iPhone and Mac and iPad can be used in tandem. It’s fairly seamless.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Apple products can be cost prohibitive. Furthermore, its AI features are not yet fully developed. It’s not always clear why customers should buy some products (other than it being an Apple product).

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, I needed an easy-to-use OS. Apple iOS fits the description. Second, in the past I did not have an integrated system. With Apple iOS, I’m constantly working between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serhiy S. | QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

Apple iOS is a reliable and stable system that works very smoothly. UI/UX looks great on all modern devices.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Compared to other OSes, there is a lack of sufficient customization at the system/application level. But it is good for people who want a device that simply does what they need.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, communication with other people via almost all possible ways to do that. A lot of additional apps that could be downloaded.

  ### 6. Reliable everyday OS that just works across teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

What I like most is that it’s dependable and performs well day to day. Apps open quickly, the system feels smooth, and in general it just works without much fuss. Things like Face ID, iMessage, AirDrop and photo syncing are the bits I notice most because they make everyday use quicker and easier. It also works really well with other Apple devices, so moving between my phone and Mac feels seamless. From a value point of view, a big part of the benefit is that the software experience stays strong for years, so it feels like you’re getting good long-term use out of the device rather than it becoming frustrating after a short time.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

It can feel a bit restrictive at times compared to other platforms. I don’t always have as much control over the settings or customization options as I’d like, and things like file management aren’t as flexible as they could be. Some updates also move things around or change how certain features work, which can be frustrating until I get used to the new layout again.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting set up is very straightforward. Most of the process is guided the first time you turn the device on, and it’s easy to restore from a backup or move over from another device. I haven’t really needed support much, but on the occasions I’ve had to look something up, the built-in help and the online guides have been enough.

There are also some smart features like suggestions, autocorrect, and things like Siri, which are handy for everyday tasks. It’s not something I actively think about day to day, but it does help speed things up quietly in the background.

  ### 7. Seamless Apple Ecosystem: iMessage, FaceTime, Shortcuts, and Face ID Shine

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Common criticisms of Apple’s iOS include that its user interface can feel rigid and restrictive, with fewer customization options than Android, and that its file management features are more limited.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iOS addresses security threats and data vulnerabilities through App Sandboxing and the Secure Enclave. Your benefit: peace of mind, knowing your personal, financial, and health data are protected from unauthorized access.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

It is a bit pricey. Apple doesn't work with Samsung products so sometimes you have to buy additional equipment.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS makes talking to other employers so easy, even if they are thousands of miles away. FaceTime is a great asset.

  ### 30. Seamless Performance, Perfect for Apple Ecosystem

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumud Ranjan G.

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I really like the consistency and performance of Apple iOS. The performance is quite good and everything works seamlessly and is functional. There's no need to fix things, as everything is taken care of right from the start. It's smooth and seamless, which makes it user-friendly. I also use multiple apps at the same time, shifting from one to another and moving files between them. The consistent performance means there is no lag, which is great when sharing files. Plus, every app's design and menus are the same across the platform, which makes it even more user-friendly. The initial setup is very seamless too, requiring just an Apple account and language choice.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

The thing that doesn't work for me is sharing files between different platforms. I also have other devices which are not based on Apple iOS, like those with Windows or Android.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS helps me keep everything digital, from making notes to scanning and saving documents. It also organizes my files, media, images, and videos seamlessly.

I appreciate Apple iOS for its top-tier security, which makes digital payments secure by always asking for Face ID to ensure it's me making the payment. I've been using iOS for the last five years and now enjoy it on my iPhone 13. The updates and security features are impressive, as Apple quickly addresses any bugs and glitches with updates, although such issues rarely occur thanks to iOS's top-level security features. I also like the smooth user interface and the camera optimization, which delivers the best picture quality to iPhones. The setup process is also very easy, being complete as soon as you have an Apple ID.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

AI features are lacking in iOS but Android has better AI features, and the front camera lacks sometimes.

Apple iOS offers top-tier security, smooth user interface, and no bloatware, enhancing my experience with social media, streaming, and payments. Its frequent updates quickly resolve bugs, and Face ID ensures secure transactions.

  ### 37. iOS 26.0.1

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal K. | Project Management Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

What I like best about Apple iOS is its smooth performance and user-friendly design, which make the overall experience seamless and enjoyable. It offers strong privacy and security features, giving me confidence that my data is protected. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Apple products, creating a connected ecosystem that simplifies everyday tasks. Another advantage is the long-term software support, as Apple consistently provides updates that keep the device running efficiently for years. Additionally, exclusive features like FaceTime, iMessage, and AirDrop make communication and sharing easier and more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

One thing I dislike about Apple iOS is the limited customization compared to other operating systems, as it restricts how much I can personalize the device. Some features are only available on the latest iPhone models, which makes older devices feel left out despite still being capable. Additionally, the closed ecosystem can sometimes feel restrictive, especially when trying to use non-Apple products or transfer files outside the Apple environment. Another drawback is that iPhones tend to be quite expensive, and accessories are often sold separately, which adds to the overall cost.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS is solving problems related to security, usability, and connectivity. With its strong privacy and security features, it protects my personal data from potential threats, giving me peace of mind while using apps and browsing online. Regular updates ensure my phone stays reliable and up to date, solving the problem of software obsolescence and allowing me to enjoy the latest features without needing a new device right away.

What I like most about Apple iOS is how smooth and intuitive it feels to use. Everything flows naturally, and the overall experience is simple and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel confident that our data is safe on our work computers.

  ### 39. Apple’s Seamless Ecosystem Makes Using All Devices Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I like the overall ecosystem. That apple ties all their devices and software together, so it's easy to use it on all devices. The prices are a bit too expensive in my opinion overall and it would be better if they got lowered a bit. Some things are definitely better than Android, but at the same time I think there are cases where iOS lacks flexibility and openness of the Android.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

The closed off flexibility of the OS e.g. can't install your own apps as easy and things like that. Also some UX/UI when it comes to iOS settings and configuration specifically on iPhone and iPad.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use all my work apps daily on my iPhone, so without the iOS it would not be possible basically.

The Range of phones / tablets / Watches platforms can require a more targeted platform. Choose one and create your app. Then go back.
IOS26 added some larger footprints that slowed down phones Iphone 14 and below.

Compared to Android user, ios have less customization features, files management is restrictive, also the icloud storage is very limited for the free version while you pay too much for the phone.

I think that newer versions looks easier like you don't have complex settings and configurations, I think that Apple works a lot about simplicity and making everything integrated.

The setup process is really easy with clear instructions on how to set up a phone and the iOS itself, which makes it appealing to end users.

The interface is simple and smooth. It feels polished and stays consistent across all iOS devices.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

There’s no integrated AI, which would be very useful. Overall, it feels outdated in terms of functionality and the apps available. A lot of things I can do easily on Samsung can’t be done here, and it just comes across as older technology.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a stable OS for the Apple devices I use, like my iPhone and iPad, and it lets me rely on mobile apps for everyday use.

  ### 50. User friendly and always improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina B. | Paramedic Student, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

Apple iOS is very user-friendly. It is easy to find various settings and change them as needed. I have had an android phone in the past and it drove me crazy because I could not figure out how to use it- I found the settings to be in weird places, and I could not change the settings to be as I wanted them.Since then I have always had an apple phone, which are much more user-friendly and have certain settings that androids do not have which I am very much like. I like that Apple takes feedback from customers and uses it to improve iOS on each update.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

One of the downsides of iOS is that Siri will not always search what I request. She seems to be censored and I am an adult so I should be able to search whatever I want and it is annoying when Siri refuses to do that. Another thing that I do not like is that there is a problem with my Apple ID and logging into the App Store. Certain apps, I have no problem with downloading and updating, however, other apps tell me that there is an error and I am unable to update them or download them. I have never had two Apple IDs logged into my phone at the same time so I don’t know what the problem is and when I talk to Apple support, they don’t see a problem on their end. It is just extremely annoying because some apps do not work unless you update them and they often tend to be ones that I use a lot or essential.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am somebody who likes to text. I really like to know when my text messages have been sent and delivered, whether or not somebody has their read receipts on or not. This way I know that my message has been delivered and that I have done my part in communicating. Whether or not somebody replies to me is up to them however usually it is in their best interest to do so. I am also somebody who literally needs their phone with them at all times because that is how I connect and stay updated With my world , friends, and associates. I am very used to using iOS and I’m able to customize the features in my best interest and without my phone I honestly don’t know what I would do. I will always have an apple phone. Because it makes my life so much easier.
