### 1. Seamlessly Integrated, Privacy-Focused iOS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anniket B. | Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I really appreciate how seamlessly Apple iOS works across my devices. The clean and consistent interface makes the user experience smooth, and the optimization ensures apps run smoothly on both iPhone and Mac. The tight integration between devices makes switching between my Mac and iPhone almost invisible, which is fantastic. I also value Apple iOS's strong focus on privacy and security, which gives me a great sense of reliability. Features like Airdrop, iCloud sync, Handoff, and Universal Clipboard allow tasks to flow smoothly across my devices, saving time and reducing mental load. The initial setup was simple and intuitive, with step-by-step guidance that made the process smooth and well-designed.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

While Apple iOS is full of pros, there are some areas where I feel it could be improved. First is customization, it is still relatively limited compared to other platforms as I have less control over home screen layouts and system level behaviors. File management too feels a bit restrictive especially for power users like me who want easier access to local storage and more flexible ways to organize as well as transfer files. Improving flexibility and user control while maintaining security will make Apple iOS even more appealing to me.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS provides the most secure experience, ensuring privacy and blocking scam apps. Its seamless integration between devices and optimized performance save time and reduce mental load by allowing tasks to flow smoothly across my iPhone and Mac.

I really appreciate Apple iOS for its smooth, stable, and secure smartphone experience. The polished app ecosystem is fantastic, making it perfect for work. I like that it solves problems related to lag, inconsistent updates, security concerns, and complex user experiences. The system is fast and stable, with apps that work reliably without lag. It's easy to use, clean, and receives regular updates, which keeps my phone secure and long-lasting. I also enjoy the strong privacy features and high app quality. The overall consistency of iOS and features like Spatial Audio paired with my Apple Airpods Pro 3 are next-level. Plus, it integrates smoothly with productivity apps, cloud services, and other everyday tools, which is a big win for my daily tasks. Setting up iOS was quite simple compared to Android.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Some things in Apple iOS could be improved, such as limited customization, restricted file management, and less flexibility with non-Apple devices. Notifications and system controls also feel more limited compared to other platforms like Android. Many apps rely heavily on subscriptions, which can increase overall cost. Lastly, Apple should think about their customers regarding pricing.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS provides a smooth, stable, and secure smartphone experience with consistent updates and a polished app ecosystem. It addresses lag, inconsistent updates, and security concerns while simplifying user experience and making OTP copy-paste easy.

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

The device is stable and well-structured, featuring an appealing style and design along with a comprehensive set of features. I use my iPhone 11 every day, and it meets all my needs. However, I do experience occasional slowness in performance and responsiveness. Despite this, I find it easy to use, and I appreciate that I can file a report if I encounter any issues, though my problems are rarely resolved.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

One of the main problems I’ve encountered is the delay in receiving customer support and having my issues addressed. While I appreciate that all the additional accessories, like speakers and earbuds, are of high quality, their high price is a significant drawback for the phone.

I really like everything about it. I do wish that some apps, which I would use more often if I had more time, were free to use. However, this doesn't stop me from enjoying Apple iOS. In my opinion, it's the best for me and is making a significant positive impact on humanity in our current era.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I really like the consistency and performance of Apple iOS. The performance is quite good and everything works seamlessly and is functional. There's no need to fix things, as everything is taken care of right from the start. It's smooth and seamless, which makes it user-friendly. I also use multiple apps at the same time, shifting from one to another and moving files between them. The consistent performance means there is no lag, which is great when sharing files. Plus, every app's design and menus are the same across the platform, which makes it even more user-friendly. The initial setup is very seamless too, requiring just an Apple account and language choice.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

The thing that doesn't work for me is sharing files between different platforms. I also have other devices which are not based on Apple iOS, like those with Windows or Android.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS helps me keep everything digital, from making notes to scanning and saving documents. It also organizes my files, media, images, and videos seamlessly.

 ### 9. iOS 26.0.1

**Reviewed by:** Vishal K. | Project Management Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

What I like best about Apple iOS is its smooth performance and user-friendly design, which make the overall experience seamless and enjoyable. It offers strong privacy and security features, giving me confidence that my data is protected. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Apple products, creating a connected ecosystem that simplifies everyday tasks. Another advantage is the long-term software support, as Apple consistently provides updates that keep the device running efficiently for years. Additionally, exclusive features like FaceTime, iMessage, and AirDrop make communication and sharing easier and more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

One thing I dislike about Apple iOS is the limited customization compared to other operating systems, as it restricts how much I can personalize the device. Some features are only available on the latest iPhone models, which makes older devices feel left out despite still being capable. Additionally, the closed ecosystem can sometimes feel restrictive, especially when trying to use non-Apple products or transfer files outside the Apple environment. Another drawback is that iPhones tend to be quite expensive, and accessories are often sold separately, which adds to the overall cost.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple iOS is solving problems related to security, usability, and connectivity. With its strong privacy and security features, it protects my personal data from potential threats, giving me peace of mind while using apps and browsing online. Regular updates ensure my phone stays reliable and up to date, solving the problem of software obsolescence and allowing me to enjoy the latest features without needing a new device right away.

I feel confident that our data is safe on our work computers.

 ### 13. User friendly and always improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina B. | Paramedic Student, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

Apple iOS is very user-friendly. It is easy to find various settings and change them as needed. I have had an android phone in the past and it drove me crazy because I could not figure out how to use it- I found the settings to be in weird places, and I could not change the settings to be as I wanted them.Since then I have always had an apple phone, which are much more user-friendly and have certain settings that androids do not have which I am very much like. I like that Apple takes feedback from customers and uses it to improve iOS on each update.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

One of the downsides of iOS is that Siri will not always search what I request. She seems to be censored and I am an adult so I should be able to search whatever I want and it is annoying when Siri refuses to do that. Another thing that I do not like is that there is a problem with my Apple ID and logging into the App Store. Certain apps, I have no problem with downloading and updating, however, other apps tell me that there is an error and I am unable to update them or download them. I have never had two Apple IDs logged into my phone at the same time so I don’t know what the problem is and when I talk to Apple support, they don’t see a problem on their end. It is just extremely annoying because some apps do not work unless you update them and they often tend to be ones that I use a lot or essential.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am somebody who likes to text. I really like to know when my text messages have been sent and delivered, whether or not somebody has their read receipts on or not. This way I know that my message has been delivered and that I have done my part in communicating. Whether or not somebody replies to me is up to them however usually it is in their best interest to do so. I am also somebody who literally needs their phone with them at all times because that is how I connect and stay updated With my world , friends, and associates. I am very used to using iOS and I’m able to customize the features in my best interest and without my phone I honestly don’t know what I would do. I will always have an apple phone. Because it makes my life so much easier.

Additionally, the customizable tools enhance my experience and efficiency. Apple's approach to combining functionality with ease of use is evident in these features, making it a platform that fits seamlessly into my daily life.

 ### 16. Easy-to-Use, Secure, but Lacks Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Revein R. | Manager, IT Services APAC & MEIA, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I appreciate Apple iOS for being easy to use, which is evident in its interface that an 8-year-old can figure out. The high level of security gives me peace of mind, ensuring the phone itself is secure. The great performance delivers quick and fluid motions, making the motion fluid and smooth. The search functionality is great, and I like the seamless browsing experience. I switched to Apple iOS because it was the next best thing after Blackberry OS became obsolete.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Till today the adaptive framerate should be customizable. It is not smooth as Android units. Also the display somehow is not as vibrant like Android units.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Apple iOS easy to use with high security and quick, fluid performance. It has a user-friendly interface, solid search and browser functions, and a secure phone environment.

 ### 17. Seamless Ecosystem, Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I love the seamless integration of Apple iOS between my laptop and phone. This incredible ecosystem allows devices to communicate effortlessly, such as copying from the phone and pasting to the laptop, enhancing my workflow. The setup process is excellent, with the latest operating software immediately available for download, and informative step-by-step tutorials that make it easy to adapt to new systems, ensuring everything works seamlessly. The cloud features offered by Apple iOS are particularly impressive; I can store an ample amount of data securely, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my photos and videos are always safe. Moreover, Apple iOS consistently keeps its systems up-to-date with the latest updates easily accessible and reliable. These features, combined with fast performance and quick response times, ensure Apple iOS remains a top-tier product that I enthusiastically continue to use. I particularly appreciate the speed and efficiency with which everything operates, ensuring a smooth user experience.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

I think Apple iOS could improve the cost structure associated with its features. Specifically, the cloud storage pricing could be more accessible. The cost escalates quite a bit when it comes to storage payments, which feels like a significant jump. Lowering these costs would make the feature set more seamless and affordable.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Apple iOS offers seamless integration between my laptop and phone, allowing effortless data sharing. The system is smooth, with easy updates and top-notch cloud storage for safekeeping my photos and videos, enhancing my overall tech ecosystem.

 ### 18. Love it most of the time, but could be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronak P. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

I've been using Apple iOS for years, and it's become a major part of my daily routine. I check messages, take photos, navigate with maps, and browse the web on my iPhone throughout the day. I use it a lot because everything works reliably. The interface is so simple that I don’t have to think about how to do things; it's like second nature now. Plus, there are many features built into the system. Face ID, AirDrop, and iMessage all work well right from the start. I've stuck with iOS all these years because it is so easy to use. Setting up new devices is simple too. When I switch to a new iPhone, it usually takes just a few taps, and I’m back up and running with all my data. When I do run into problems, Apple's customer support is always helpful. Whether I use the Apple Store app, call for support, or visit a store, they usually get me sorted out quickly.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

But let's be honest. After all these years, there are still some things that bug me. Integration with non-Apple devices and services can be really frustrating. For example, syncing files between my iPhone and my Windows PC isn't as straightforward as it should be. Sometimes, third-party apps feel like they're treated worse than Apple's native apps. Also, while the number of features is impressive, not all of them are necessary for everyday use, which can make things feel a bit overwhelming at times.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iOS takes away the hassle of dealing with complicated phones. Everything works seamlessly, so I don’t have to think about it. The security features, like Face ID, mean I don’t worry about anyone accessing my phone.

It also fixes the issue of my devices not connecting. My iPhone, iPad, and Mac all sync automatically. I can start something on one device and finish it on another. I no longer have to email files to myself or worry about losing anything.

The built-in apps work well, so I don’t need to download a lot of useless apps that probably won’t function. Since I’ve been using iOS for years, I know exactly how it works, which saves me time every day.

In short, iOS allows me to use my phone without the struggle.

Apple iOS is essential for my phone's operation, allowing me to call and text, which is crucial for my job.

As an IT administrator, Apple iOS solves major challenges in device management and security. Compared to alternatives, deploying and managing a fleet of iOS devices is incredibly efficient, which saves our team a significant amount of time and resources. The security is fundamentally baked into the operating system, not just an add-on. This benefits us by providing a strong, reliable security posture out of the box, which is crucial for protecting sensitive corporate data and giving us peace of mind.

**Reviewed by:** Tymoteusz S. | Ai software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

still the integration with iCloud is insane, file management extremely neat, wallet, face recognition etc. All of these are really good and well built features. As mobile OSes become more complex in use in general the same thing happens to IOS, however apple still manages to layer the complexity - if you don't need to set up fancy options, then you just don't need to go through complicated menus.

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

new iOS 26 is terrible: made my iPhone 14 slow, the ux looks just cheap, like in some Chinese add-on

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

great document scanning - much better than doc scanner, lidar is also nice

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | Resource Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Apple iOS?**

iOS is the mobile operating system by Apple. It allows users to interact with their iPhones and iPads. It is famous for its user-friendly interface, robust security and privacy features, and thriving app ecosystem

**What do you dislike about Apple iOS?**

Phone automatically starts playing Apple Music when it connects to Bluetooth, instead of Spotify, even if Spotify was the last thing I listened to.(yes, I know I can set up shortcuts for this, but I shouldn’t have too)

Calculator app is rubbish. Give me a history button like on most androids.

Give me the option to “clear all apps” from the recent apps page. Really not sure why they can’t do this.

No always on display. Miss this feature from my s21+ every day.

**What problems is Apple iOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disjointed User Experience (Hardware and Software): Many early mobile devices suffered from poor integration between their hardware and software, leading to crashes, sluggish performance, and limited functionality. Apple's integrated ecosystem (designing both the hardware and software) aims to eliminate this.

Benefit to you: You get a smoother, more reliable experience. Because Apple controls both the iPhone's hardware and iOS, they can optimize them to work together seamlessly. This results in better performance, longer battery life, and fewer crashes. Features like AirDrop, Handoff, and Universal Clipboard exemplify this tight integration, making it effortless to move between Apple devices.
