What problems is Appier AIQUA solving and how is that benefiting you?

By unifying our offline and online data, we were able to create niche segments of customers based on their behavior and interests and create even more personalized marketing campaigns and messages to further build brand loyalty and create significant uplift. With Appier’s AI-powered A/B testing, we were able to test out different content for our marketing campaigns to find out which resonated the most with our customers and this enabled us to gain an incremental CTR uplift of more than 130%. The set up for CRM campaigns was quite simple for digital marketers without much IT background, we will be able to customize the content and trigger rules easily and will receive immediate helps from the contact person whenever we face problems.
