Its features like web-to-app conversion and mobile app push notifications have significantly boosted user acquisition and retention. We are in telecom industry and AppGain helps us drive customer engagement with marketing communications and analytics. I can schedule posts for later and compare the performance of various posts. It's easy to use and light-weight in performance. **What do you dislike about AppGain?** They can have a much better website! Though this doesn't have much to do with the app, but they can certainly work on their website content! **What problems is AppGain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their automation tools are easy to set up and integrate easily with our existing marketing stack. Their smart banners drive web traffic to app downloads with minimal friction, helping us with more app downloads. We can segment users based on different personas and send custom messages. ### 2.
