I need to check frequently (on weekly basis) to review all the comments/ feedbacks from CH Play & App Store about our apps; then my task is to allocate the topics of those comments to identify main theme/ issues/ problems that customers are facing, so that the Tech team would fix it (if possible). Given this tool, I could easily export all the comments to an excel file, and do my work, otherwise I would have to do this task manually & that would take a lot of my time. AppFollow is great for a few reasons, but one of the standout features for me is how it centralizes all app store optimization and user feedback management in one platform. I can reply to all AppStore and PlayStore reviews through one channel. I can keep a check on the ratings and save my replies as well. Limited no. of reviews you can see on the Essential plan. Sometimes it shows Error While Publishing for no reason. I have been using AppFollow for its convenient daily and weekly reports on our ASO performance, which keep us updated even if we don't check it daily. The integration with Slack has been invaluable for monitoring app reviews in real time and responding promptly. One of the standout features is the capability to track keyword rankings for our Android and iOS apps, including historical data and global app stores, making it an essential tool for A/B testing.
