It is a complete software package that provides us with end to end management of the homes in our portfolio. This includes easy management of our trust accounts along with maintenance, tenant and owner management plus it has robust reporting. Customer service has been easy and great for us as well. I think AppFolio needs to make some better investments in improving the maintenance piece to better compete with some of the other 3rd party maintenance software companies. Nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AppFolio? I've been trying to cancel with them since last August, and they keep charging me while providing zero services. Their customer service is nonexistent. The onboarding system is so complicated that the majority of customers probably will not be able to onboard. The initial setup is very difficult, extremely difficult. They finally offered a 'generous' cancellation fee of $1,290 almost a year after I initially cancelled with them.
