I like the flexibility of the reports and how we are able to add and remove things that we do not need. Appfolio has literally made our working day so much easier in making sure that our properties are properly taken care of. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** I believe that there should be more flexibility when it comes to maintenance requests and assigning them to someone. I would also add a notification if the rent charges stopped for a current tenant. Overall I believe that appfolio is still improving like any other technology company and I am glad that I am able to see improvements everyday. Bulk importing for new properties I would also get an integration with Monday.com **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use another property management software before and the reports are so much easier to be pulled through appfolio compared to the our previous software. ### 32. Vendors should be able to say "it's an emergency I'm coming to the property" or give them a note after a work order like "don't plug in A/C and hairdryer in bathroom will trip the switch" **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing leases to be signed online, bringing us online instead of in office. Work order flows and payables are now online instead of on paper in person . Allows us to be virtual and scale ### 39. The ease of use for both property managers as well as the residents amazing. Additionally, all of the things you can do within the system (communication, inspections, work orders, vendors, etc.) is extremely helpful to be housed within the same platform. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** Currently, it is the same color bars on either side of the page. Pre update, it was a different color and easier to spot when trying to multitask. Post update, everything is the same color and blends together making it more difficult to grab whata is needed when knee deep in whatever you are working on. Additionally, it would be lovely to have an option on the inspectons that is a "select all" of sorts for each section. FOr example, if everythin is "ok" in a room, it would be such a time saver to be able to simply click "selcect all". **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having everything streamlined on one platform is such a time saver and makes managing properties so much easier than bouncing form one platform to another. ### 40. Appfolio is a complete package, well thought out, and with an excellent, easy to use interface. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** Appfolio is a premium product at a premium price. But worth it. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appfolio makes it easy to operate your properties. Most tasks are already integrated into the product - like board reporting for Community Associations. All interactions between landlord and tenant have been well thought out and robustly implemented - at a glance you can see who is up to date, who is in collections, who has maintenance issues and where all the money is going. ### 43. I use appfolio constantly throughout the day and it is fast and effecient. Their customer service is always incredibly helpful and clear. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** There is honestly nothing I can say that i dislike about it **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of rent rolls, it updates as quickly as you would hope once completed. Previously we were using only excel and it was always much harder to keep track of tenants and unit availability ### 44.
