over the years they have been ahead of the curve in addressing business needs, every time I want to do something it seems like they have already implemented a solution for that. Customer support has been really excellent and in the last 6 months I have discovered become a devoted user of their AI help which answers a significant number of my questions without me ever having to talk with a person. as a result I ask a lot more questions and have pretty much immediate solutions greatly enhancing my depth of use of the system. i'm really not thinking of anything, i've become a much better user of it which has made my business more and more efficient. Some of our investors are invested in many real estate syndications and this helps them to see their investments in a summary form and detail form. We no longer get emails asking which entity sent them a distribution, they can see all of this on the portal. It has helped us as a company present a professional product and saving us time answering questions from the investors. The integration with AppFolio PM isn't quite right. Some of our investments are run on cash basis accounting and others on accrual basis. The best feature in my opinion is the ability to load documents and manage them for investors. We spend alot of time loading financials and K1s to the portal for our hundreds of investors.
