Customer Support is not great. When there is an issue it typically takes a long time to resolve and doesn't always get me to a better solution. More timely resolution of issue. I also find that I am not typically speaking with someone that can actually resolve the issue, so it ends up being a longer process because of the need to overcommunicate. The distributions can be improved by adding a few more filters or columns such as property names along with LLC names. I think a distribution dashboard will be nice, for instance, I should be able to select a property and it shows a graph or something for historical distributions and maybe what was the percentage of distribution was made in comparison to their investment in the deal.
