NF Nadia F. Investor & Tenant Relations- Manager 12/13/2022 "AppFolio has been a Huge TIMESAVER" 5/5 What do you like best about AppFolio Investment Manager? A few of the things I love about Appfolio are that everything is streamlined and in ONE place, K1's are uploadable and are directly placed in each investors portal, the system can automatically calculate distributions for you and the newest feature that I know of is you're able to electronically submit distributions to your investors or even have the system send out checks on your behalf. Having all of these perks has REALLY helped my company streamline our investor management. Having Appfolio has helped slow down the calls I would get all year from investors. The only downside I've come across is regarding electronic submittals to for investors that have IRA's or 401K's. Initially, I had an issue with the amount of money I could send out for my distributions electronically, but we were able to rectify it by connecting with a manager and the underwriting team to help us get to an agreement that both parties were comfortable with.
