I can also respond to app reviews in google and app play store directly from it and I can easily extract reports that I can use to create more customized dashboards. There are lot of filters available, but I cannot find what I exactly I am looking for. The UI is easy to navigate, and it's one of the most helpful tools when I want to scan recent reviews and summarize any user issues. **What do you dislike about Appfigures?** Some charts are not accurate, for example the Overview section does not accurately report the number of app downloads in the given timeframe. Also Appfigures does not accurately pull in rating information for our Amazon Appstore listing. **What problems is Appfigures solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use Appfigures to look at all our app store reviews in one place. I do this periodically so I can get a sense of general user feedback, especially issues they are experiencing with the app. I can also see what the main issues are by version number, so that our engineering team can work on the necessary fixes. ### 7. It properly provides all the information after which keywords are performing well. **What do you dislike about Appfigures?** Appfigures provides many features, which makes it a bit complicated for newbies to absorb at the first go. I use the "Reviews" feature extensively to understand what the users are saying about my apps. Appfigures stores that data and has it at your fingertips. Being able to answer questions like "How many downloads have we done worldwide, all time amongst all of our apps?" is no effort thanks to Appfigures. Neither Apple nor Google provide any insight into category rankings. Knowing our app is consistently at #2 in Photos & Video in the UK is as easy as opening a web browser. They have a great API that allows getting all of this data into our own db to run against our own customer data. **What do you dislike about Appfigures?** Have had login issues with MFA/2FA on some accounts. Automated email selection isn't robust. Mobile app tells you daily info but is not anywhere as powerful as the website. **What problems is Appfigures solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility of our app downloads and rankings. ### 14. I like being able to force the app to check for sales stats whenever I want. It's not automatically updated (on the free tier). They also break out educational bulk purchases which is great. **What do you dislike about Appfigures?** If you go beyond their free tier, the pricing is done per-app but with a discount for the free tier. I've been close to subscribing three times and could never figure out what I'd be paying for 10-12 apps. I'd much rather just have tiers. Something like up to 25 apps from a single publisher ID as a middle tier for $5-10 a month would work. **Recommendations to others considering Appfigures:** If you're in the iOS App Store, you need to at least try the free tier. **What problems is Appfigures solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales figures (but only for a subset of our apps). I can generally get sales figures through them before any other sales figure webapp. Breaking out educational bulk sales is very helpful to us. The charting options with cumulative sales, stacking, etc. lets us get a good feel for trends and helps stay motivated. ### 15. This is the kind of service/app AppAnnie and iTunes connect should provide.
