What do you like best about Appery.io?

Appery is a Platform as a service

Development tool for mobile apps

Database and data access tools for data storage

Publishing tools for easy cross platform deployment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appery.io?

The updates to the platform are slow and the support team is not staffed by expert users ( the front line ).

However , there are several truly gifted members of their team - and it’s amazing that their obviously small team can create reallly good product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appery.io?

Its easy to use UI features and native app development features

even a non mobile app developer can develop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appery.io?

Its support, they ask money. They try to throw ticket round and round to you and back to them just to meet timeline which they say in support and ask you silly questions even you have written the answers in your first email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product to get you started on mobile app dev"

What do you like best about Appery.io?

When I was looking for tools to develop mobile app, of all the ones I looked at appery.io (note the spelling G2 Crowd) came across as the easiest to use and to learn to use. I was able to write two apps, including back-end services and get them on the Apple App and Google Play stores despite never having done app development before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appery.io?

There's a tendency for the UX to feel clunky, the app equivalent of a Lego building. Also, as it's an overlay of an overlay, you start running into a few idiosyncrasies. There support is very good though so that helps. Now that I am more proficient I am getting drawn to writing code natively (in Swift and Java). But appery.io has helped get me there. Recommendations to others considering Appery.io:

1. You will need to learn a bit of JavaScript and indeed JQuery. 2. Their forums are your friend. 3. Go through their tutorials. 4. Get stuck in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appery.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

My startup depends on developing as MVP a couple of apps complete with backend services. Without appery.io I don't thing we would be able to have achieve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
