**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

It can get a little frustrating when creating new forms, especially if you have minimal experience.Overall, there isnt much to dislike

If you need to create custom forms, this is the software for you.

  ### 3. Very versatile and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** German C. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

It eliminates paperwork to manage everything in one single app on my cell phone. No more carrying around that old clipboard. No more wasted paper. Most of all no cluttered file cabinets.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Been using it since February and have not found anything I dislike. I like it more every day. It's effortless to use. More than I expected, on a simple cell phone app.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can work in the car, bus, in line at the coffee shop. Best of all I get things done from home. Keeps everything running smoothly while I save time and save some money.

  ### 4. This program is easy, simple, and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie B. | Property Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

What I like best about Forms On Fire is the simplicity of the program. This program was new to me when I first started with my company, and after using another software for 6 years I was afraid to try something new. With only a quick tutorial on my first day I was able to catch on quickly. I was amazed at the simplicity of the program, but while being simple it was also so in depth. This program gave us as a company a simple, uniformed software that we could use across our whole company. I love that we can also use it on our cell phones and just like the desktop version it is simple and quick to use.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Something that I dislike about Forms On Fire is sometimes the app will crash while I am using it. But that is simply fixed most times by an update in the iOS app store, or even just force syncing the app. Our managers go in to change things weekly for our templates and a simple Force Sync always quickly updates the app for us so we then have a quick new template to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

If you are considering Forms on Fire, DO IT! This software is the easiest software that I have worked with and is user friendly. This capability to change things as needed is great as well, as each company makes changes and you want the changes to be easy and across the board.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that I feel like we have solved with Forms on Fire is, with our company we need to follow strict legal templates and using Forms On Fire makes it so we can use the same templates across our company with no room for errors. Errors can result in a dismissed or lost case in court, and Forms On Fire leaves no room for error. This is a great benefit for our company as no cases should be lost due to error and this also saves us money down the road with court cost.

  ### 5. Great Product, Great Company, Great People to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cliff G. | Manufacturing Engineering & Quality Control Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The development environment is easy to work with and was very appealing to our team. We knew we had some "special stuff" to work out and Forms On Fire has the friendliest development interface for that. This translates into being able to distribute our forms quickly and easily. As we became more familiar with the product, we wanted to enhance our capabilities even further and Forms On Fire makes this almost effortless! And that's just for the tough stuff! The easy stuff is practically drag-n-drop!

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Nothing! We did have some wish list items, but the FoF team addressed those and continues to add new capabilities to the platform all the time. We like this platform so well, we are preparing to implement it in our newest facility, Intralox Metal Fabrication!

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

We found Forms On Fire as the most accessible product knowing that we would need to build some difficult processes and workflows. The help sections on developing forms was the most extensive we found looking at over a dozen different companies and has proven extremely beneficial in our efforts. If you have similar work to do I would highly recommend Forms On Fire and if you don't it will be just that much easier using this platform.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Forms On Fire to collect Quality Control data in our Food Processing equipment manufacturing plant. Our very first endeavor was to collect all Error Report data and have them reported to our managers weekly. This used to be handled manually by our Senior Quality Engineer and taking several hours per week to update the reports. With Forms On Fire, we reduced that time by a factor of 10 and produced a more consistently formatted report automatically! As a bonus, our Quality Engineer has more time to spend on the floor.

  ### 6. Excellent flexible product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I absolutely love the high degree of flexibility and the ability to export data in user defined excel template.
The web based platform make it super easy to managed the data collection.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

It did take me some time to get used to the method of building a form, but the team was helpful in getting it rights.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

Spend the time and go through a demo with the team.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have achieved a great reduction in the manual capturing of data collection from multiple sources. This frees up time to do more value adding activity.

  ### 7. Solid platform with intuitive form builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The form builder makes it easy to get your forms to built and deployed to your team. Windows version of the app allows you to use it from your desktop.
Sharepoint connectors make integration efficient and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

More indepth training either by video or one on one woul dbe helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

I have used several mobile forms platforms. Forms on fire is the simplest with the most straightforward pricing model.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have eliminated all of our paper field forms. All data is collected on mobile devices and uploaded from the field.

  ### 8. Surveys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul P. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

easy to design forms and most importantly offline capabilities

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

has more features than we need (at the moment)

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

capturing survey information from our engineers often in rural areas with no internet connectivity. Reduced number of revisits to recapture missing information - being able to channel information capture with mandatory fields etc.

  ### 9. Immensely powerful system for digitising paper processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geoff T. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The system's flexibility, power and ability to integrate with so many other systems. I like the fact that existing processes and document templates don't need to be changed to fit the system - this platform can build a system that digitises the existing processes.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Some features are still being improved, but this is balanced out by the fact that the support team is so responsive and helpful. If there's a way to work around something that isn't quite as good as it should be, they'll find it and give you detailed instructions.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

Take it slow - this is a powerful platform and you can't build an asset for your business in 10 minutes. Take time to learn how it works in detail and it will probably do everything you need.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Forms on Fire to build systems for clients. The platform's main strength in my opinion is its flexibility. I have been able to take client's processes, report templates and paper forms, and build an equivalent digital version which is far more efficient and automated than the paper version. Crucially, my clients do not need to change their processes or document templates to fit into the limitations of a software tool, because this platform is just so open-ended that I can build exactly what they need. The powerful integration options have allowed me to connect up with central databases so data is pulled from the live source, and the resulting system is powerful, efficient and practical. Users have got to grips with the mobile app very quickly and even the tech-resistant team members have needed only basic training.

**Official Response from Jacquie Mason:**

> Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're always looking for ways to improve and your input is crucial in this process. Please feel free to reach out if there's anything more you'd like to suggest or discuss. We're here to ensure your experience is the best it can be!

  ### 10. My secret weapon - fast, affordable, fully customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | VP of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Like you, our systems used to require paper and pen and that paper had to make its way to a person. Pictures never found their way there. All of that changed. This app revolutionized our business within weeks.
I can customize a form/inspection for any purpose and change it as refinements are needed. All of that info gets easily stored, shared, and formatted in beautiful ways that allow my people to be effective with minimal effort.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

There's a slight learning curve at the beginning. I played with it for a few weeks and the support people were just great. However, I would have benefitted from a person over my shoulder when initially setting up our app. Plan on putting 10-15 hours into playing with it and you'll be a pro.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

If ANY aspect of your business requires data to be recorded via paper and then typed up or transferred to another location or database, you need to use this.
Manage a place and want to see how it looks at times when you're not there? Give the staff access to do an inspection and required photos as part of it.
Want to manage inventory and conditions? Use FOF!
Want to streamline and accelerate documentation of incidents/damages and reporting that takes place in the field? FOF is the ultimate solution.
You can make it your own in a way no "off the shelf" industry solution possibly can and you don't need to know code or technology to do amazing things with it.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We collected over $3k in the first two months in damage charges that we weren't getting before because we couldn't get a form and pictures reliably sent to our accounting manager.
All of our unit/site inspections are done with the app and I can easily reference what items/equipment are in what areas. I can bill for damages easily. I can effectively run my business in a way that no other "industry" solution could. Complete customization is the key to providing exactly what I need and nothing I don't.

  ### 11. From Idea to Functioning Tablet App: 16 hours, 2 Remote Connection Session, and 4 Phones Calls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Paul T. | Sr Technologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The user interface was very straightforward and easy on the eyes - no strange or tiny mysterious icons. The red "?" bubbles/videos REALLY helped me quickly choose the correct functions for what I wanted to accomplish.

After spending 2 days reviewing other form software for tablets, I found Forms On Fire to be the most comprehensive, fastest to create, and easiest to use for my tablet hardware/form - a Lenovo Tab 10 Android tablet, running offline, showing an embedded video that would capture several data fields and a signature.

I was especially happy to find out that each form entry could be locked away from any subsequent review by follow-on entrants. Any additional functionality that the client wanted after reviewing the prototype was easily added. (And there were a few items they added.)

The one support feature that I found TRULY HELPFUL was the way the Forms On Fire team made it EXTREMELY EASY to get one-on-one technical support with their tech support scheduling system for computer-to-computer assistance.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I couldn't find anything that I disliked - that was Forms On Fire's fault. My problem was the timetable/budget I was working under.

That's where the Forms On Fire team REALLY came through for me with the phone calls and the remote connections that answered ALL of my questions and made my form completely fit the client's needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

Make some time to explore the capabilities of Forms On Fire. There's a lot to use and a lot to like.

Remember, Forms On Fire is more than just "low code" software, there's the whole "workflow" aspect to the package.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Forms On Fire solve for my client:
1 - A need to collect data in the field without having to do extensive training.
2 - Using a device that did not need to be online.
3 - Using an Android tablet versus a costly laptop.
4 - Embedding an informational video within the form.
5 - Providing multiple options on captured data handling - emails, spreadsheet format, database entry

  ### 12. Fantastic platform for easy customization and massive improvements to efficiency!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert H M. | Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Forms on Fire were incredibly easy to work with, and they provided all kinds of assistance in setting up my forms/inspections and helped me develop an entire suite of on-site inspections for the app. Unbelievably helpful and effective tool, especially for the price.
Whenever we want to make a change to our inspection forms, we can do so quickly and we can do them from anywhere, with no help needed.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The initial set up can be a little overwhelming for those not super technically inclined. The learning curve was smooth though, and I was able to get the gist of it in short order.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

If you need to get routine data from "in the field" or even around your business, and you want an affordable platform that you can customize to your purposes, allowing you to capture video, photos, GPS locations, etc...

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a massive Student Housing facility and FOF gave us the immediate ability to run inspection/damages/chargeback data/ carpet conditions, etc... all through a system without ink and paper, plus it allowed us to get that information in a google spreadsheet so we could integrate it with our excel builds for managing our unit turnover. It really is a wonder - you no longer need to pay a developer a ton of money for a custom app!

**Official Response from Kendall Kunz:**

> Rob, you guys have created something amazing on the platform and we hope to see what you might come up with going into 2019.

  ### 13. Awesome auditing product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler W. | S, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

This product is easy to use . I can type in information and take pictures of hazards. The app allows me to denote hazards found with arrows, circles or other shapes to direct the readers attention to my report and the hazards found

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

There is not much at all I dislike in this product forms on fire continues to add other features and improvements. Forms on Fire walks you through new features as they come available . I would recommend forms on fire to anyone.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use forms on fire to conduct safety audits both in our departments and on the jobsite. The product allows me to identify hazards for correction and add pictures to help managers correct the hazards identified in my report. Forms on Fire helped me develop the report within their app that we use. As a safety professional this product has replaced pen and paper. I can now send this report to the manager while still onsite. Excellent product saves so much time.

  ### 14. Strong form builder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fugulin G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Can operate even when Offline, has all mobile features: photos, GPS, selections with categories, subcategories, formulas... very complete!

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

A fairly powerful environment with good "technical documentation": would have appreciated to have "self learning videos", in order to ease the learning curve and get familiar faster.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inspection forms, check product overpricing in stores, power meter readings... I can program which kind of data is shown to the user, depending on previous answers.

  ### 15. Great product

The app is intuitive and easy to use. Much better than many competitors and priced accordingly. It provides a ton of flexibility and can be tailored to whatever your team needs.

Form building could be simplified but FoF does provide timely support and online training that answers most questions.

Give FoF a try. They are extremely flexible and can likely help to solve your organizations needs. They are cost efficient and can provide whatever level of support your team needs.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health and safety near miss reporting. We need to provide access to forms for people in real time out in the field and FoF delivers. We also use FoF to conduct site inspections and as a tool to provide first reports of incidents to our executive leadership team.

  ### 22. Forms on fire makes you create forms very easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph C. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Forms on Fire allows me to have a clear and simple idea about all kinds of ways I want to perform; Thus, I can take the screen of my preference and mold it in my opinion according to the surveys to be carried out, whether to judge the quality of a software or certify its efficiency. That way, I stopped relying on programmers and designers to create surveys by myself. In addition to simplifying the creation of forms, Forms On fire allows you to keep a reliable record of all the activities carried out on the platform. In comparison, its interface is much simpler than that of its competitors, and does not force the user to have great experience. In addition, it can be complemented with many other applications as it is compatible with many programs.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

There is not much to say. It takes a while to get used to the interface of this portal, but it does not take too much time. Sometimes, you have to look for tutorials outside the portal to be completely sure of the capabilities of this program, but its help system is not bad. Perhaps they could improve the visibility of the organization of column forms, to make the search for data more flexible, but it is not a major flaw.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

I strongly recommend exploring all the tutorial media offered by this service, and rely on the technical support center for any inconvenience. In turn, if the help means are not enough for the user, the user can review instructions or second tutorials on the web. You should not discard this software just because it seems complex, because after a while, the user will discover that it is a simple platform and that its interface is quite convenient, letting you create surveys and forms in your opinion.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've always had trouble creating surveys through Microsoft, and I can say that Forms on Fire has greatly simplified the entire process, leaving me time to focus on other priorities. Further. I can also create tasks and formats through your mobile application, and keep track of them. Not to mention that I can organize absolutely all forms from anywhere, so I can design quick surveys to determine customer satisfaction in terms of the products I offer.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

management of photos has been improved. i would like a free connector to SQL

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speed to develop mobile forms solutions for field investigations

  ### 24. Allowed me to go paperless for inspections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie C. | Lead Inspector, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I was able to build the forms exactly as I wanted. When I notice a place I can improve my form, I can easily login and make the adjustment. This is the major advantage to building the form yourself instead of hiring a company to make you one. Plus the cost is way more reasonable. I also connected the export to my standard inspection report in MS Word and a table in MS Excel. It saves me a tremendous amount of time and has allowed me to make more money and streamline my business.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I have to be careful using my forms in the field. I use a Samsung S8+ and if I'm in my form and hit the back navigation button on my phone, it will delete the form entirely. I did reach out to Forms On Fire about the problem but I was not able to solve it. I am just extra careful about not using the back button now.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

There is a bit of a learning curve but if you have basic to moderate computer knowledge you should be able to build the form you want. The free live tutorial is essential to understanding how the user interface is set up. During that initial time, the support people were very helpful and could tell me how to program my form if there was something I wanted to do that I couldn't figure out on my own. Out of the similar products I reviewed for going paperless, this company seemed like a great value and they were growing and motivated to help me. I am very glad I picked Forms on Fire. I love my forms. They are good looking, easy to customize, and very easy to use.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When using paper for my inspections, I would have to carry around my clipboard and pen in addition to all of my sampling equipment. It sounds easy to jot notes down but with paper I was much more likely to miss things. With the form I built, it was pretty fool-proof to go start to finish on an inspection and collect all the important info I needed. It has saved my many times when my memory failed. The shortcut of having all of this data populate in my report saves me at least 1 hour per report or tedious data entry. I really can't go back to the way I was doing it before. This is an extremely useful software to me.

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The best thing about FOF is the ease of usage. It is so simple and my team and I use it daily out in the field for
our daily sales calls at Home Depot and Lowe’s stores. The Dashboard was another great addition to the app.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I really cannot say anything I dislike about the app. I had another app with a previous employer called ‘A3’ and
it was not as user friendly as FOF.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

This is an excellent app and a great sales tool for in the field sales people. You will love using it!

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We store weekly sales call information with the app and we also use the data to review and make routing schedules. It allows us to store information from each sales call and have it at your finger tips for quick reference.
We also take pictures daily with it and share any information with our growers so they can adjust quickly to any
concerns or needs in the field at both Home Depot and Lowe’s stores.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

There have not been very many dislikes so far. Sometimes the app woukd crash at the very end of a form but sould quickly reset and saved all the information inputted. Updates are quick and fix any small issue known or unknown.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

Use this app with you are trying to make your business lightning fast with extreme ease and comfort.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

Possibility to customize the forms, layout, type of expected responses, text or checkbox, and export them, with a large number of filters and grouped data.
Transforming various data into relevant information. It may seem a little complicated to understand how it works, it has a full bar of options, but you quickly understand, in addition to having a support that helps promptly /

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I have not found any flaws in the application, I have been using it for at least 1 year, and I have not yet been able to use all the possibilities that Forms on Fire offers.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

do tests, and combinations and see what is the best possibility to apply your form and reach your goal.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some employees, and we need to collect data, to know how well-being is going, or opinions about some aspect within the cooperation, it would be invasive and time consuming to go to ask in person, or make a form in public tools. Forms on fire is a great tool for that. We use it in the personal, financial and marketing sectors.

  ### 31. Great, cost-effective mobile solution

Simplicity and flexibility. Forms on Fire gives you the toolbox to build mobile solutions that fit your business.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I wish I had more time to learn how to build more screens and manage the data myself.

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

You don't need a programmer to implement Forms on Fire, but you will want to have someone with some business analysis experience.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have completely eliminated the pen-and-paper aspect when our territory managers visit retail stores. Our challenges are centered around building consensus among the user community over how they want the app to look.

  ### 32. The easiest and most comfortable way to create forms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noll P. | Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

This application despite having a goal as simple and specific as it is to create forms, and transforms it into something as impressive and with as good results as it does form on fire since it allows us to conduct surveys for all situations, this allows us to know opinions and tastes much more specific allowing to apply this information to advertising strategies or to improve our products a simple task but that helps a lot to improve

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I consider that one of the few problems that this program has is the fact that its interface may not be the most intuitive or attractive for the user since it presents you with many different functions and configurations and few examples or instructions on how to use it without a doubt. It ruins the user experience a bit and makes the user have to devote much more time to the platform to be able to master it and have results

**Recommendations to others considering Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire):**

My recommendation for anyone who wants to use this platform, is to take the prudent time to learn from it, since this is not so intuitive and simple as for the user to be an expert from the first moment, to achieve this makes try and use the platform to learn how it works and how to take advantage of each of the options offered by that program

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that we can, thanks to Form on Fire, get to know people more specifically and collect information in a better way, since we do it through simple quick surveys that are much more interactive and attractive to users, without a doubt this ends the problem of not knowing our customers or knowing how to improve our products and marketing strategies, since knowing what users want allows us to take actions and improve much more.
The main benefit that we get from form on fire without a doubt is the fact that we can collect information much more efficiently thanks to the surveys that allow us to create this makes the process much more pleasant for the client and that this can give us knowing your tastes and opinions in order to improve our strategy and products the fact that it is a tool that allows us to create feedback processes is undoubtedly the best benefit that gives us

**What do you like best about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

The customer service was excellent on getting Forms on Fire up and running more efficiently once we establish one customer service contact.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

When issues arise with the program you contact customer service and get and different customer service representative every time and have to explain your situation. I would be better for you to be assigned one customer service representative that is familiar with your account at the beginning when issues arise. In the end I was able to have one customer service representative in helping get forms on fire working more efficiently.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting forms on fire up and running more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire)?**

I wish I had a way to distribute forms without needing each recipient to be a licensed user of the platform.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to its great and dominant functions, I recommend the use of this software since it can offer you an improvement in the digitalization and better image of the formats and well-supported reports.

**What problems is Appenate (formerly Forms On Fire) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Forms on Fire helps me to solve are the organization and improvement in the image of basic and essential forms and reports that educational institutions must handle to provide a nurtured and guaranteed training for the public and to be able to work based on a base of data that can be constantly acquired and recruited.
