This makes it much less complex and time-consuming compared to some competitors. I find their support exceptional, as they are very responsive, thorough in their investigations, and proactive in helping us resolve issues and answer questions. They truly save us time and instill confidence in their product. **What do you dislike about Appdome?** Their pricing model can be a bit confusing, especially when comparing to competitors. Protection suites / controls could utilize better naming conventions, and they could make use of more standardized list pricing with comprehensive feature-sets. **What problems is Appdome solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Appdome to harden and secure mobile applications, greatly reducing complexity. It simplifies security controls to a checkbox and provides responsive support, saving us time and increasing confidence in their product. ### 2. Most importantly, their support team is excellent — always ready to help and guide us in configuring the platform to ensure maximum security and the best value for our license. **What do you dislike about Appdome?** I heard from our PM that the license is quite expensive. I think smaller companies might not be able to afford it. **What problems is Appdome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appdome helps close multiple security gaps in our app, such as fraud protection, certificate pinning, data encryption, and even code obfuscation ### 4. I also like the closeness I have with my AppDome advisor and the availability they have had to resolve my doubts. **What do you dislike about Appdome?** I don't like that there is a lot of dependency on the AppDome staff to register a new member. I also don't like the data visualization (since the last update it is limited to the last three months) and if we need specific data (such as the total number of users using the applications with AppDome) we need to request it by email and this takes a long time (even weeks). **What problems is Appdome solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are interested in knowing the total number of devices with Root and Jailbreak to determine how we will allow our App to interact with those devices. AppDome has helped us achieve this goal. ### 5.
