What do you like best about Appcues?

I love how easy it is to use, it's friendly and relatively easy to explain and use for all of our team, I love being able to create audiences and the amount of customization we can do through our app events, we haven't used appcues only for what it is conceived we have pushed it's limits and its flexibility allowed us to create one of our biggest projects so far to test our hypothesis before building in house Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appcues?

There are a couple of things that I've noticed.

1. Not being able to create "projects" or folders to organize our work better, so far we've over 50 flows, and most of them could be grouped into bigger projects to navigate a little bit easier

2. The options for forms are limited (would love to have dropdowns)

3. Adding images is good, but the lack of customization can be a problem depending on what we're trying to do

4. We did some integrations between our platform and appcues, and we had to navigate through appcues requirements, such as - the end of a form needing to be the "next step" which might seem silly but it created a lot of trouble for us

5. Some of our banners and pins had experienced bugs such as not always showing, or they don't take our established styles correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appcues?

Appcues is super easy to understand and implement, they have great onboarding as you'd expect and loads of great articles to get you moving along and making the most out of the product.

The team at Appcues are always very responsive and friendly whenever I've had to speak with them.

Two features I particularly like are Checklists and NPS. I use the tool every day to check on how users are getting on and this is made particularly easy by the dashboards provided in the product.

Integrating the product was a quick any easy process, it's also very simple to send data over to the product to create more meaningful segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appcues?

With the flows, it is often very difficult to get them working in the way you want them to.

Our team often has to find workarounds to get things working how we would like.

Some of the features in the product feel a little neglected, for example, the pins feature cannot use the custom fonts you've set in the theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
