By grouping our IPs by site and scheduling scans, we receive monthly notifications from Appcheck regarding the initiation, completion, and results of each scan. The only dislike that was mentioned to the appcheck team was the difference in how an impact is named (ex: Low, Medium, High, Critical) by the related CVSS score. Appcheck, specifically Harrison, were easy to deal with and friendly. They understood time constraints we had as a team and allowed further time to use the demo platform using real data. They guided me through its uses and how to get the best from the platform.

Implementation was very simple with pre-assessments set up by Appcheck and any tweaks could be made in the initial onboarding.

Allowing our vendors to access the results and manage them in a ticket style interface is great. They can do what they need to do to resolve any detected issues and update. Then its a simple rescan of that specific issue to confirm.

I had a few minor issues with security alerts generated by the scanning but as i had come to expect they knew how to deal with these quickly and painlessly.

Regular check-ins during the demo, and pre-sales and even after the sale have also made Appcheck stand out.

Value for money is the main key for me personally, we were spending more money on external companies doing scans once or twice a year. We now do regular bimonthly scans at no additional cost.
