Appcheck, specifically Harrison, were easy to deal with and friendly. They understood time constraints we had as a team and allowed further time to use the demo platform using real data. They guided me through its uses and how to get the best from the platform. Implementation was very simple with pre-assessments set up by Appcheck and any tweaks could be made in the initial onboarding. Allowing our vendors to access the results and manage them in a ticket style interface is great. They can do what they need to do to resolve any detected issues and update. Then its a simple rescan of that specific issue to confirm. I had a few minor issues with security alerts generated by the scanning but as i had come to expect they knew how to deal with these quickly and painlessly. What do you dislike about APPCHECK? If you consider knowing about weaknesses and how to remediate them then i suppose that could be a downside as it will create some work for you or your vendors. The portal is easy to use and was well explained in the onboarding process allowing us to start using it immediately. The support both at the time of implementation and as we have used it over the first few months has been exceptional. In fact it is probably the support that has impressed me most. It is simple to use and the reports are clear and allow us to integrate them into our ongoing security polices very easily. We see as an excellent addition to our securoity strategy. Our customer portal is pivotable to our go to market as a IoT connectivity provider with a focus on security. It needs to be easy to use but also must reflect our security go to market strategy. As a company that has to innovate and add features to our core connectivity offering to differentiate in a competitive market, we needed an proactive ongoing strategy to guarantee the portal was protected. Being able to automate the security both for regular testing and after each minor iteration gives us peace of mind that we have not inadvertently opening new vulnerabilities.
