You can do story-boarding and rapid prototyping very quickly using indigo studio. The screen and stage combination along with screen parts gives lot of re-usability in the prototype. Run on Microsoft Silverlight/ActiveX really buggy piece of software that you need to install. App can crash on highly complex prototype. The removed free version from their website and paid version is too expensive.
