At our company, we appreciated the same powerful WYSIWYG drag-and-drop interface and pixel-perfect code output (Angular, Blazor, React, Web Components) as the cloud version but fully behind our firewall. What do you dislike about App Builder? The setup requires working knowledge of Linux, macOS or Windows server administration and configuration of MySQL or MSSQL, which can take a while. It solves strict enterprise compliance and data sovereignty concerns by keeping app designs and data completely internal. This makes it ideal for regulated industries like healthcare, finance, public sector where design/assets must never traverse the internet. We're now designing UI flows and generating production-ready code without exposing sensitive IP or using SaaS.
