**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Appbot helps to monitor reviews. It also provides data visualizations. Appbot also integrates with other popular tools. It helps in generating regular reports summarizing app reviews.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

Overall this app is good. It also may have pricing structures that might be prohibitive for specific users. It may not cover all app stores and platforms, which could limit the scope of review monitoring and analysis.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in reducing the time to fix issues.
It allows users to track and compare their app's performance.
It helps me in Rating Analysis.
Easy to check the data.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

The sentiment analysis tool and integration with Tableau is one of the best features of tracking your app's reviews and rating.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

For a single user, Pricing vs Features is not so good. For a single user Large plan is too expensive just to manage the reviews and ratings of their app.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One-stop solution of managing reviews of my games on the play store and app store as well.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

I love how easy it is to select a time frame and see the ratings and reviews from that time. You can also export the data as an excel sheet and create custom dashboards only to show the information you want.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

There isn't much I dislike about Appbot. It has most of the features I need to manage and keep track of my app ratings and reviews from the Play Store and App Store. I only struggle with seeing the exact number of ratings for a specific day/time frame like I can see for Reviews.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since you can't sort by date or see what the rating was in the past on the App/Play Stores, Appbot lets you do just that. I can see what reviews posted and ratings were on a specific date and export that data to share with my team.

Seamless, intuitive UI including custom topic training. Support across platform and app stores.

Some awkwardness in analyses spanning iOS/Android apps.

Customer satisfaction and experience across channels and touchpoints. Identification of weaknesses / opportunities within the brand experience, category, and competitors.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Easy to use, in the app you can save templates, it makes responding to reviews faster. The app has many features, like tagging the reviews, different filters, charts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

Haven't found any drawbacks, the app is perfect for a support manager

With Appbot it became easier to handle 2000 reviews per day due to templates and different filters.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

As a community manager, Appbot is very helpful for my day to day work as it helps me understand what my players are saying. It's easy to use, has interesting dashboards to review, auto-translation, and is quite handy when it comes to making reports. 

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

I feel the tagging of reviews to words/topics can be better. Currently, the tagged reviews seem not quite perfect and don't give a very clear picture of the problem at hand. 

**Recommendations to others considering Appbot:**

Appbot can be your one-stop tool for all things related to reviews & ratings. Ensure you understand your mobile app well and are doing the right things based on Appbot's reports. 

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appbot helps my team understand which games are doing better and how our own games are faring with every new update. It makes my weekly reports easy too.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

APPBOT is very useful for analyzing the reviews for our coaching app DECATHLON COACH. We can see what are the main pain points for users and improve continuously the user experience. It's also very useful to evaluate desirability of features by counting how many times it's asked...

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

I don't have many bad things to say about appbot. I spotted few points of improvement and support is very reactive :)

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We look at the report with project team each week at our weekly meeting and see if reviews are good or bad. We Spot pain points / bugs very easily to be reactive. We watch particular topics with the "custom topics" feature. We count how many times usrs asked features in order to prioritize our roadmap.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Appbot has useful data visualization options/templates, wonderful integrations (Zendesk, for example), and is able to digest and synthesize a huge number of reviews into meaningful insights. The team at Appbot is really friendly and easy to work with. Usually we were dealing directly with the CEO. The product produces beautiful visuals, that are easy to include in other presentation material and that are impressive. It also surprises many of our clients to know that they can manage their app review presence in such a comprehensive manner (as opposed to using manual interfaces within each marketplace).

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

As with most tools that feature automated sentiment analysis, we have found the quality of the analysis to be rather hit or miss. We tend to disregard most automated sentiment analysis and use our own sampling with human-based conclusions. If relying solely on automated analysis, we lack confidence in recommending business decisions based upon the data. However, in combo with human analysis (or with further external tool sets), we became confident.

**Recommendations to others considering Appbot:**

Be sure to select a tier that includes full data export, csv and xls. The built in GUI and visualizations are great, but we always benefit from exporting the data ourselves and looking at how we can further slice/analyze in Excel and text analytics software.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to manage and respond to reviews on behalf of our clients. Appbot helps us in preliminary pre-sales research, and then later in the solution and program phases as we implement.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Helps me to manage ratings and reviews for the 30+ apps I manage. Ability to easily export data or integrate with platforms such as FreshDesk and Slack to manage poor review response is a life saver. Able to set sentiments and keywords to get to the reviews that matter.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

Honestly nothing. Their customer service is insanely responsive; new features are dropping all of the time.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides great visibility on the all-time ratings and reviews for our apps. Connects our CS team directly to reviews for quick response to the ones that need to be responded to.

I can easily app all of the app stores that we're connected to in one spot.The organization tools are nice if I need to sort things. 

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

The UI could be a little cleaner honestly. I know it's a lot of information to display but it could be a sleeker interface.

Allows us to access all of the app stores in one place. Can quickly and easily check out data and stats along with replying to users.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

It is a very good tool and I like that it is really simple; however, there is no differentiation in terms of features. If you just need really simple recurring analysis of your reviews, this is a very good tool. 

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

I don't think they have any features differentiates them from their competition. 

**Recommendations to others considering Appbot:**

This tool does a very good job of doing basics. If you don't need anything advanced, I would suggest you to use this tool. 

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to analyze our reviews and compare with our competitors so that's why we started a trial with them. It was great to see that it makes it really easy to analyze feedback; however, it wasn't insightful enough so we decided not to move forward with the purchase.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Access to key stores, ability to add and track multiple apps, comparing apps, standard and custom topical tags (using rule sets), manual tagging where needed, custom dashboards and a wide variety of widgets, Slack integration and delivery of reporting through email or integration.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

What I dislike is primarily related to direct store limitations (e.g., inability to group by app version for a given review), trending ratings data is also more difficult than I'd like, but I think this is also store related.

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The clear benefit is tracking changes in topics, sentiment and ratings over time and the 'push' of data that meets certain criteria (e.g., <= 3 star reviews) to channels that put these directly into my view. The ability to reply directly to iTunes and Google Play apps is a huge plus as well.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

Firstly is one of the most user friendly software that I've used in my experience. The information are clear and it is fast to retrieve what you need. Despite the 99% of the reviews on our mobile app are written in Italian, the translation is really good. Thanks to this, it is possibile to capture the main topic and the sentiment properly.

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

Everything is really appreciated at the moment

**What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1 - I'm able to detect the customer dissatisfaction promptly. 2 - I'm able to manage the customers properly because I can understand what the needs. 3 - I can detect the main problems on our apps, address the problem to the right team (e.g. IT, UX, Customer Service, etc). 4 - I can improve my apps and company services (e.g. customer care) thanks to the reading of the sentiment of our users.

I have not idea of value as I don’t see the subscription costs but I do find it very useful to access online review reporting with ability to filter by time and crated trending insights.  

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

Not at this time.  Would like to see ability to report on all social media and specialty review sites too. Anything that has rating data

Access to trending data analysis that is not readily available from typical review sites

Not much... and the team is very open to feature requests and feedback! And constantly works on making the product better.

On top of the monitoring of ratings & reviews within the relevant set, we also use AppBot as a data source for our customer KPI dashboard - for the app store rating KPIs as well as another input to the the Voice of Customer verbatim analysis.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

- very easy to use. great reporting to both get the big picture as well as dive deeper to understand/analyze customer feedback 
- love the slack integration; it makes issues easily identifiable and triggers discussions across the team around how to improve/fix them.  
- superb support from the team (the founder is actually responding many times to inquiries) to any questions, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes.

- not a huge issue but would like to be able to directly respond to customer reviews from the appbot dashboard

- increase visibility of customer feedback

I like the dashboard, the ease of viewing recent reviews, ratings and reviews over time and the sentiment analysis. By far the easiest tool I've found for managing app reviews.

I wish it also allowed you to track app rank.

**What do you like best about Appbot?**

This system enables me to review a number of SKUs and their review performance on Amazon in one place. It also allows me to slice the data in different ways with some key filters like star rating, key words and date. Also very helpful when looking at specific sentiment or at reviews over time. 

**What do you dislike about Appbot?**

It's not so much that I dislike it, but I wish they also covered reviews on other platforms such as Facebook, or PowerReviews, or YotPo.

Trying to see the effect of different levers we pull for review ratings and volumn.
