**What do you like best about RMS?**

I like that once you know how to use it, it works well.

**What do you dislike about RMS?**

It is ridiculously difficult to learn, especially if there are many different types of names/skus for one item or service

**What problems is RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a good program for a large company or conglomeration of companies.
