"All-in-One Lead Gen: Powerful Filters, Automated Outreach, and CRM Sync"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io brings together a massive B2B contact database and the tools you need to find leads, automate outreach, and track results in one place. I like the advanced search filters, which make it simple to narrow down the right prospects by job title, industry, location, and other criteria. It also allows you to build automated email sequences and connect with your CRM, saving a lot of time and effort overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning because the platform includes a lot of features. At times, the contact data quality isn’t perfect, so I still need to manually double-check email accuracy. Also, some of the most useful tools are only available with higher-tier plans. "Apollo.io: Massive Database and Filters That Scale Outreach Affordably"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I’ve used several prospecting tools, but Apollo.io is the only one that gives me the scale I need without breaking the bank. The sheer volume of the database is incredible, and the filters make it easy to drill down into my niche. The LinkedIn extension is a massive time-saver for pulling direct dials and emails instantly. Highly recommend for any sales team looking to scale outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While the price point is tempting, you get what you pay for. I’ve dealt with a 15% bounce rate on 'verified' emails and the UI feels like it was designed by someone who loves spreadsheets a little too much. It’s great for a cheap start, but the lack of reliable support makes it risky for a scaling team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frustrating Signup Process and Usability Issues"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

i thought they are good. but it was disappointing, that customer care disguises the reason they terminated account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I didn't like Apollo.io because I couldn't even sign up. It didn't sign me up and sent 20 times the same message. It was totally a mess, and it terminated the account without even beginning to use it. We couldn't use it, and we won't use it anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo.io Streamlines Prospecting with Accurate Data and Seamless CRM Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like most about Apollo.io is how much time it saves me on prospecting and outreach. The contact and company data feels accurate and is easy to navigate, so finding the right leads is quick and straightforward. I also really appreciate the robust filters and the seamless CRM integrations, which help keep everything organized and moving efficiently. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and lets me focus on building real connections instead of spending time hunting down information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One thing I don’t like about Apollo.io is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. There are a lot of features and filters, which are powerful, but it takes time to fully understand them and use them effectively. Data accuracy can also be inconsistent at times, so contacts may occasionally need to be verified. On top of that, some advanced features and higher usage limits are locked behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive when you’re trying to scale outreach. Overall, it’s a strong tool, but it comes with a learning curve and a few practical limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, User-Friendly Interface with Accurate Lead Information"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that the interface is simple and user-friendly. I was able to find accurate lead information for the contacts my team and company intended to target, and I managed to establish contact with most of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I found that many contacts and their details weren’t always accurate or up to date. The feature that connects to LinkedIn often didn’t refresh when people changed roles or companies, which made parts of my prospecting process take a bit longer. I also ran into a few email bounces when using the email information for certain contacts, which suggested that the email domain Apollo pulled for those contacts wasn’t correct. "Apollo.io: Streamlined Sales Process with Great Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo.io for my sales process and I appreciate how it helps to identify, qualify, and verify leads effectively. I really like the outbound call activity status for B2B, as it seems very useful. The extension with apps like LinkedIn is also fantastic because it gives a great view of my pipeline. I switched from other products to Apollo.io because of the great flexibility and control it offers over CRM. The initial setup was a breeze—definitely a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I experience issues with email bouncing back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo Streamlines Prospecting with an All-in-One Outbound Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo stands out for how quickly it turns prospecting into action. Instead of spending time jumping between tools for data, enrichment, and outreach, everything sits in one workflow. The ability to filter prospects by very specific criteria and immediately push them into sequences makes outbound efforts faster and more focused, especially for B2B teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One downside is that not all contact data is consistently reliable across regions, which means occasional manual validation is still necessary. The platform also packs in a lot of functionality, so it can feel dense at first and take time to fully understand which features matter most for your use case. Some useful capabilities are also tied to higher plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Data Extraction Yet Needs Accuracy Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo.io for bulk data extraction for email marketing, and it's very easy to set up everything. I really like getting verified email IDs and specific technology or industry-based company data, which helps me target my campaigns more effectively. The new Lookalike feature is great; I just put a company URL, and Apollo.io shares similar companies' data with me. It's particularly helpful when targeting specific industries, as I can easily find similar clients in my desired markets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io does not provide 100% accurate technology-based data. It provides 70% accurate and 30% mixed with other tech data. Sometimes, when I cross-verify the data for specific users like Magento, only 50% are from Magento, and the others are from different technologies like Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce. "Elevates Lead Generation with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I have been using Apollo.io for finding contacts, emails, and phone numbers, which is great for generating leads. It helps with running email sequences for cold outreach, and its AI-generated email suggestions are a big plus for creating personalized emails for different industries and prospects. I like how easy it is to navigate, with the features necessary for prospecting and lead generation being available, along with a vast database of millions of contacts. It's easy to enrich emails using various databases. The email sequence and the statistics dashboard are very helpful for tracking email open rates, deliverability, and replies. I also found the initial setup of Apollo.io to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Sometimes there are some issues in the UI, if you open the contacts and click on the company of that contact it shows the previous contact's company which you have recently opened. If you refresh the tab and click again, then it shows the correct one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
