"Comprehensive Prospecting Platform for Daily Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like best about Apollo.io is its Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation, it’s intuitive to get started without a steep learning curve. My Frequency of Use is extremely frequently because it combines a large number of features, from prospecting to outreach, in a single platform. The integrations are straightforward, which makes it easy to fit into existing workflows, and customer support has been responsive when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

What I dislike about Apollo.io is the duplication of companies and contacts across different filters, which can make list-building inefficient. Additionally, data accuracy has been a challenge. So far, roughly a third of the contact information I’ve used has been invalid, which impacts outreach effectiveness and requires extra manual verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finding the right contacts is easier with Powerful filters"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

In my daily work, I handle nutrition consultations, manage clinic operations, and also work on health education content. Apollo helps me find the right professional contacts when I need to reach out for work-related communication or collaboration. The search feels simple to use and I can filter people without getting confused. I didn’t have to do much setup to start getting useful results, so it was easy to begin using it. I open it only when needed, and it helps me get contacts faster instead of searching on different platforms. It has the main features I need and works well with the way I already manage contacts, so it fits into my routine without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

At times, when I open a profile, some details take a moment to load, so I wait a bit and then continue. When I am checking a few profiles quickly, the view can feel a little crowded and I have to scroll more than needed. A few filters take some time to understand at first, but it becomes normal after using them once or twice. Also, when I apply many filters together, the page can feel a bit slow to refresh. "Simplifies Data Enrichment, But Complex UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I think the data pulling feature of Apollo.io is very easy to use, especially since I come from a nontechnical background. It's really simple and very easy to use. You just have to upload a CSV file and you're good to go. The data pulling feature is the best they have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The user interface is quite complex, and the workflow is also very complex to understand sometimes. When you create a list on Apollo.io, sometimes there's a glitch and you're not able to see that list again. The view feature where you can create a view for yourself is also very complex to understand. It doesn't get saved automatically, so you have to save it manually. It should get automatically saved when the user has applied all the criteria and filters they want, but it doesn't work that way for now. Also, sometimes the data that Apollo.io shares is not correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Lead Sourcing, Simple to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I used Apollo.io to source leads for our business, and it allowed us to get company contacts, emails, and phone numbers to reach out directly to the main key stakeholders. I found it really easy to use. When we initially started looking for leads, we checked out different tools, and Apollo.io was reasonably priced for the stage we're at in our business. It was simple to get in and start using it, taking maybe ten to fifteen minutes to learn. We were able to filter by business size and industry and then find the key stakeholders in specific companies, particularly the CEOs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Well, sometimes the lead's more accurate. So I would suggest somebody or a tool that would go in and actually make sure the leads are up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Feature-Rich, but Resource Heavy"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like the ease of use and how intuitive Apollo.io is, along with the abundance of features available while being mostly free. The ability to create lists and fetch multiple contacts globally simplifies lead generation, creating a vast pool of potential clients effortlessly. The initial setup was really easy because it was intuitive from the get-go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

It seems it uses a lot of resources to run. Things like getting slow, hung up, or just making the UX difficult are some things that could be improved, also the fact that you can't link an IMAP email address on their free plan. Optimizing and having more flexibility are the main things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pinpoint B2B Targeting, Needs UI Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo.io to generate hyper-targeted lead lists for B2B cold email campaigns. I love how it allows me to set dozens of qualifying filters, like title, annual revenue, and employee numbers, providing good, clean leads. The platform offers enrichment and lead verification all in one place, which is super convenient. I really appreciate the accuracy and pinpoint targeting of B2B decision makers. I think their database has over 30 million names, which is incredibly extensive. The pricing is reasonable, and the initial setup was very easy with a tutorial, excellent training, and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

It's a little congested on the home page. Sometimes the filters don't stay checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Cost-Effective Lead Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo.io for building lead lists, scraping leads, and reaching out to them via emails. Apollo's database has millions of leads, making it really easy to find what we need and gives us thousands of leads that we can use for email and phone number campaigns. I find Apollo.io valuable because it saves us a lot of time; we don't have to spend time building lead lists ourselves. It's really just a click to select and export the leads, and the cost is really cheap compared to hiring a human vendor, which would cost us thousands of dollars. The switch from ZoomInfo to Apollo.io was mainly due to cost efficiency, as ZoomInfo was considerably more expensive. The initial setup of Apollo.io is very easy and very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I think the focus of Apollo.io is on building a bigger product with email orchestration and other tools. I would really love if Apollo could only focus on improving the lead database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It delivers on it's promise."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The ability to schedule data enrichment to happen automatically is nice. If you are good at prompt writing the ai features are nice too, although in my experience, connecting Apollo to Claude gives you the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

As they have added more capabilities some of the options have become more finicky. For example, whether looking for people or companies, you now need to pay attention to what category is highlighted, Total, Net New, or Saved. Some actions will not work with all three options. It's annoying when you are going as fast as you can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
