"Effortless Lead Generation with Stellar Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I really like the mass sending feature in Apollo.io. It allows me to easily send one message to 30 people, and provides analytics like how many people opened it and their reactions. The analytics especially help me see if my email is effective and getting people to click. I also appreciate how I can send emails quickly, and Apollo.io spaces them out intermittently, so it doesn’t come off as robotic. Setting it up was very easy as well. I just connected my email, and I didn’t have to spend any money to get started because I got 100 free credits. It’s been incredibly convenient and time-saving compared to manually doing everything, which took lots of hours before. And yeah, I'd recommend it to anyone, especially for getting leads for a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I guess if they’re were more opportunities to earn credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo.io Makes Prospecting Fast with Precise Filters and All-in-One Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io keeps me coming back because I can swiftly move from spotting a target company to making a solid prospect list. The filters are precise for zeroing in on the perfect candidates. Plus, having contact info, outreach tools, and workflows all in one spot cuts out tons of tedious research work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I've learned not to trust every contact record on Apollo.io without double-checking. While most data's helpful, I often find outdated info like old job titles or email addresses, especially at rapidly growing firms where roles are constantly changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Prospecting and Outreach That Boosts Sales Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like most about Apollo.io is its combination of a large B2B contact database and built-in sales engagement tools. Instead of using separate platforms for prospecting, email outreach, and lead management, Apollo.io brings everything together in one place. Extensive database of verified business contacts and companies. Advanced search filters to identify prospects by industry, role, location, company size, and technologies used. Built-in email sequencing and outreach automation. CRM integrations that simplify lead management and tracking. Useful insights into buying intent and prospect activity to help prioritize outreach. For me, the most valuable feature is the advanced prospecting filters. They make it easy to build highly targeted lead lists, improving the quality of outreach and reducing the time spent searching for potential customers. The biggest benefit is increased sales productivity. Apollo.io streamlines lead generation, prospect research, and outreach, allowing sales and business development teams to spend more time engaging qualified prospects and less time on manual research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The biggest drawback is data accuracy consistency. While Apollo.io has a large contact database, I occasionally need to verify email addresses or job titles before reaching out, especially for rapidly changing organizations. Contact information is generally good, but some records can be outdated or inaccurate, requiring manual verification. Email deliverability depends heavily on proper domain setup and outreach practices, so results can vary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Seamless Prospect Dialing"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I really appreciate the effectiveness of Apollo.io's dialer, especially the parallel and power dialer features which work fantastically well. This allows me to connect with a larger number of prospects smoothly without any glitches, which is extremely beneficial for my work. The data provided by Apollo.io is unique, helpful, and impressively accurate, with the occurrence of incorrect data being less than 1%. This precision ensures that the mobile numbers and email addresses I acquire are correct and verified, making it easier to reach the right decision-makers for my business. The platform's ability to automate tasks related to LinkedIn and email all in one place truly transforms my operations, acting as a game-changer for my business processes. Additionally, the user interface is intuitive and easy to handle, even for newcomers, enabling them to perform tasks right from the first day, which significantly eases the onboarding process. I give Apollo.io a high rating of 9.5 out of 10 for these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I keep running into a glitch when I use the parallel dialer at a speed setting of five. It causes problems when trying to dial five prospects at once, which disrupts the workflow and makes the experience less smooth. Because of this, it doesn’t feel like it can compete effectively with other tools like NUCs or Orem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything I Needed for Outreach in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The combination of a massive verified contact database and built-in sequencing is what keeps me coming back. Instead of juggling three different tools for finding leads, verifying emails, and sending follow-ups, Apollo handles it all in one place that alone saves a couple of hours every week.

The filters are where it really shines. I can narrow down prospects by industry, company size, job title, and even tech stack, so I'm not wasting time on contacts that were never a good fit. Building a targeted list that used to take half a day now takes maybe 20 minutes.

The email sequencing with automatic follow-ups means I'm not manually tracking who I chased and when. I set the cadence once and Apollo keeps it moving, which has noticeably improved my reply rates just through consistency.

One thing I didn't expect: the Chrome extension is genuinely useful. I can pull up a LinkedIn profile and get contact details and company info without leaving the page, it's small but it adds up.

If you do any kind of cold outreach at scale, it's hard to justify cobbling together separate tools when Apollo does the job end to end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The data accuracy is the biggest frustration. Email bounce rates are higher than I'd like. probably 10–15% of contacts have outdated information, which hurts deliverability if you're not scrubbing lists before sending. A more aggressive real-time verification pass before exporting would go a long way.

The interface can get cluttered once you're managing multiple sequences and lists simultaneously. Navigating between campaigns, contacts, and analytics feels like one click too many each time.

Credit limits are a genuine pain point. If you're doing heavy prospecting in a given week, you can burn through your monthly export credits faster than expected and then you're either pausing outreach or upgrading.

The reporting is decent but not deep enough. I can see open and reply rates, but drilling into which specific step in a sequence is causing drop-off takes more effort than it should. Better per-step analytics without needing to export data manually would make optimising sequences a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Prospecting with Robust Automation Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like Apollo.io's inbuilt dialer feature and workflow automation, especially the power dialer, which makes dialing a bunch of contacts easy. As a small business owner, I can create a list and reach my prospects at the perfect time, dialing contacts one by one automatically. The automation features are super efficient, allowing me to create workflow sequences with 10-12 personalized touchpoints, from emails to LinkedIn connections, without manually overseeing each profile. I also appreciate the contact enrichment feature, which updates contact information like job changes or emails automatically, saving me the hassle of updating each contact individually. Additionally, Apollo.io's simplicity and efficiency stand out. Building lists with the ICP filters and technology stack is straightforward, and the app doesn't lag, unlike ZoomInfo. Their Chrome extension is a helpful addition, ensuring smooth functioning. The onboarding process was smooth and quick with just two sessions, making the setup easy. Considering the price and features offered, I find Apollo.io very cost-effective for a small-scale business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The number of emails that can be sent from a single email per day during campaigns is limited to 50, which is a bit restricting for a small business owner like me. Also, sometimes there are small bugs where the list doesn't sync properly with the CRM, and even if it does, there might be duplicate contacts, causing problems or data duplication. "Apollo.io Mail Sequences Made Outreach Easy—and Brought in Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like the mail sequence feature in Apollo.io because it’s easy to use. I just apply filters, pull the contacts, and push them into a sequence, and around 200 emails go into the sequence. I’ve gotten many leads from this.

Also the Ai intelligence made my mail personalised on next level. Love this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

In the basic version, I can only select 25 contacts at a time, which makes it take longer to push my contacts into a sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Granular Filtering and Reliable Contact Data That Helps Close Deals Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The granular filtering system is fantastic for narrowing down exactly who I need to reach in the recruitment space. It consistently provides accurate contact details, and that reliability has been the main driver behind closing several deals within a very short timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

At times, the platform can feel a bit sluggish or laggy, particularly when I’m working through large lists of leads. Also, the cost of credits can seem a little steep if you’re scaling quickly, so you really need to be strategic about which leads you choose to export to ensure you’re getting the best return on that investment. "Fast, All-in-One Outreach with Powerful Contact Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The contact search is really goood. I can filter by industry, job title, company size and get a proper list in minutes. Before this I was wasting so much time just trying to find the right person to reach out to. Also the fact that you can set up email sequences directly inside Apollo without needing another tool is genuinely helpful. Everything is in one place and it just makes the whole outreach process a lot faster. Free plan is also decent enough to get started without paying anything upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Honestly the data is not always accurate. Sometimes the email bounces or the phone number is wrong so you still have to verify before actually reaching out which is a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Lead Generation with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use Apollo.io mainly to find potential clients and build targeted prospect lists for outreach. It helps me find the right decision-makers and get accurate contact information effortlessly. I love how it saves time and keeps my lead generation process efficient. The ease of use stands out the most for me, as it allows me to handle everything from one platform instead of jumping between tools. Its powerful search filters let me quickly find the right prospects, and the data is generally reliable, streamlining prospecting and making it feel less repetitive. I also appreciate the easy setup and minimal onboarding needed to start using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io works well for most of my needs, but there are times when contact details need additional verification. Better data accuracy and broader coverage across certain industries would further improve the experience. In my experience, broader coverage for smaller businesses, startups, and niche technology sectors would be helpful. As for data accuracy, more frequent updates to contact information and company records would reduce the need for manual verification and improve confidence in the data during outreach.
