"Massive Contact Database with Powerful Filters and a Time-Saving LinkedIn Extension"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The database is really what makes this tool. Having 200M+ contacts with verified emails and direct dials in one place means prospecting doesn’t stall because of missing data. The filters are detailed enough to build highly targeted lists quickly (title, tech stack, funding, headcount growth), and the Chrome extension that pulls contact info directly from LinkedIn is a major time-saver.

Another big plus is the built-in sequences. You can find a lead, enrich it, and drop them into an email cadence without leaving the platform or paying for a separate outreach tool. For the price, that all-in-one combination of data plus engagement is tough to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Data quality is hit or miss outside the US. Emails verify fine most of the time, but a chunk of the phone numbers are dead or outdated, and job titles lag behind reality since people move around. You still have to double-check before you burn credits.

The credit system itself is annoying, mobile numbers and exports eat through them fast and it feels designed to push you up a tier. The UI gets sluggish with big lists, support is slow unless you're on a higher plan, and the built-in sequences are solid but basic compared to a dedicated outreach tool once you need advanced conditional logic. "One Platform for Prospecting, Outreach, and Pipeline Growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like best about Apollo is its combination of accurate contact data, advanced prospecting filters, and outreach capabilities in a single platform. It helps me quickly identify the right decision-makers, build highly targeted lists, and engage prospects efficiently, which significantly reduces prospecting time and increases meeting bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While Apollo is a powerful platform, contact data accuracy can occasionally vary for certain regions or niche industries, requiring manual verification. Additionally, some advanced features and reporting capabilities have a learning curve and could be more intuitive for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Prospecting with Massive Global B2B Data and Powerful Filters"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

It provides access to over 200+ million B2B contacts and companies worldwide. It combines data search, email tracking, and calling in one tool. It is a cost-effective tool and offers a free tier with basic credits and sequences for beginners. It also has advanced filters to find leads by industry, company size, tech stack, and buying intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Contact details and direct-dial phone numbers can occasionally be outdated, which sometimes leads to email bounces. Data quality and coverage also tend to drop significantly outside the United States. Credits don’t roll over to the next month, and buying extra credits can get expensive. Costs also multiply quickly as we add more team members to the paid tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless B2B Prospecting with Powerful Filters, Verified Emails, and Seamless CRM Sync"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

It makes B2B prospecting remarkably easy and efficient. The combination of an extensive, accurate contact database with deep search filters allows me to quickly pin point decision-makers without wasting time on dead ends. Also, what I like the best about it is having lead generation, verified email finding and automated email sequencing all in a single platform. It also offers an exceptional UI/UX that combines B2B lead discovery, AI-driven buying intent in one platform. Its real time performance and data syncronization and CRM integration keep our data updated without updating daily workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

No doubt it is a feature rich, but sometimes customer support's turnaround time lags when the issue arises. Also, the pricing structure for higher email and export credits can get expensive for growing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo.io Streamlines Prospecting with Powerful Search, Lists, and Email Sequences"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io makes prospecting much easier by bringing contact discovery, company research, and outreach into one platform. I particularly like the advanced search and filtering options, which make it easy to find relevant prospects based on job title, company size, industry, location, and other criteria. The ability to create targeted lists and use email sequences also saves a significant amount of manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The platform has a lot of features, so it can take some time to understand and make the most of everything available. Contact information can also vary in accuracy depending on the market or type of prospect, so it is still useful to validate important information before reaching out. "Fast, Intuitive UI with Helpful AI Outreach and LinkedIn Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like how easy the UI/UX design is, I can easily access my searches, lists and contacts without getting lost. Most of the data within its database is correct and up to date and its pretty fast with gathering all of the data no matter how many filters I use. I love that it connects with LinkedIn and I am able to find updated information on these contacts through the LinkedIn that I find using Apollo.io. The AI that it uses is actually quite helpful with assisting on an automated outreach pipeline and helping setup emails and LinkedIn messages to reach out to contacts with. We do receive support emails and customer success emails but we have had a lot experience with these type of tools and haven't had a problem with the tool yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The worst part of Apollo.io is that 30% - 40% of the data is not correct or up to date. I have come across various contacts that no longer work at where they are registered at within Apollo.io, although Apollo does provide LinkedIn links where you can find the updated information. Sometimes the emails are correct but the phone numbers are not, sometimes its the other way around. For the most part the information is usually updated but it does have its small portion of data that is not updated or correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo Streamlines B2B Prospecting with Powerful Filters and Email Sequencing"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo is an excellent lead generation tool for B2B sales. It provides accurate contact data, verified email addresses, company insights, and powerful filters that make prospecting much faster. The Chrome extension and email sequencing features help streamline outreach, saving a lot of time. Overall, it’s a reliable platform for finding quality leads and improving sales productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo is decent for finding leads, but the data accuracy could definitely be better. Some contact details are outdated, and email verification isn’t always reliable. The platform has useful features, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times, and the search results aren’t always as precise as expected. Overall, it’s an average tool that works for basic prospecting, but there’s room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apollo.io’s All-in-One Sales Platform That Supercharges Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo.io is one of the strongest options because it brings lead generation, contact data, sequencing, and engagement together in a single platform. That all-in-one setup helps a lean sales team work far more efficiently and stay focused without juggling multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The main limitation to keep in mind is that, although Apollo’s contact database is extensive, no B2B database is perfectly accurate. For that reason, it’s still worth double-checking high-value accounts before you invest significant time in outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best value B2B prospecting tool on the market today"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What stands out most to me is the all-in-one approach: I can find leads, enrich contact data, run email sequences, and track the pipeline without having to jump between different tools. The per-user pricing model also feels transparent, and it seems to scale well for small teams. Overall, it’s easily the best value in B2B prospecting right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Data coverage outside the US can be inconsistent. In APAC and the Middle East, contacts often have missing mobile numbers or job titles that are out of date. I’ve also noticed that older records tend to have a higher-than-expected email bounce rate, and credits are still consumed even when the data returned is incomplete or inaccurate. "Powerhouse Lead Generation with Deep Filtering and Reliable Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The platform is a powerhouse for finding and converting high-quality leads, and it puts the repetitive parts of outbound sales on autopilot. I’m especially impressed by the depth of the database, which makes it easy to filter prospects using very specific criteria, such as job role and company size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

To be honest, there isn’t much to complain about because the tool delivers exactly what it promises. If I had to point to anything, it would be that the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. However, once you get the hang of the workflow, it quickly becomes second nature. Overall, it’s a stable and reliable platform that I can count on for my daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
