"Massive B2B Lead Database with Built-In Outreach That Speeds Up Prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Massive Lead Database: Access to 275M+ B2B contacts, with robust search filters like job titles, tech stack, and company size.

Built-in Outreach: Easily find verified emails and phone numbers, then drop leads straight into automated email sequences and dialers without needing separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Inconsistent Data Accuracy: Phone numbers and international/non-US contacts often show higher bounce or error rates than US emails.

Average Deliverability: The built-in email sending infrastructure doesn’t offer the same level of advanced deliverability controls as dedicated cold-email tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Sales Powerhouse, but the Dashboard Feels Crowded"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo effectively replaces three or four separate sales tools by bringing verified email and phone data, list building, outreach automation, and CRM enrichment together in one user-friendly system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

When I look at the main dashboard, it immediately feels crowded. With three different navigation panes open at once—the main sidebar, the search filters, and the results table—the screen comes across as chaotic, and I end up having to hunt around just to find basic menus. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only major concern I feel is the reliability if numbers, Majorly US ones are ok but Europe , EMEA etc can degrade. Also,Having invalid emails and contact details can cause high bounce rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Prospecting, Contact Data, and Outreach Automation with Apollo.io"
5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The best part of Apollo.io is how it combines prospecting, contact data, and outreach automation in one platform. It makes it easy to find the right prospects, build targeted lists, and manage outbound sequences without constantly switching between different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The biggest downside is that the data isn’t always accurate or up to date. Some contacts have outdated job titles or incorrect contact information, so I still need to verify leads before reaching out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentic Lead Search with Instant Access to a Huge Database of Prospects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The way the agentic flow is embedded into the leads search, and that you have an instant access to a huge database of potential leads that can help you to empower your mission of getting new sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The UI can be a bit convoluted at first, may not be that straightforward to start using it unless you navigate for a good amount of time into the documentation. Although at the end it is mandatory as the best experience comes from using the AI properly in order to optimize queries and spend less tokens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Verified Contacts and Seamless Outreach Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I love how accurate the verified email addresses and direct dials are. It completely strips away the guesswork from my outreach. Plus, having the filters and sequence automation all in one dashboard makes my local networking and brand prospecting incredibly seamless and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The credit limits can feel restrictive, especially when I’m in the middle of an intense lead-generation sprint. It’s also frustrating to occasionally run into outdated phone numbers or inactive profiles that clearly haven’t been updated in a while. On top of that, the dashboard can be a bit clunky to navigate at times and even overwhelming, since so many different features and tools are packed into a single interface. "A Frustrating Tool, Critical For Outbound Success"
3/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo is without a doubt the best platform on the market for all-in-one outbound prospecting. For a mid-sized team with limited operational resources there is no comparable alternative.

The workflows, scoring, CRM integrations, dialer, waterfall enrichment, and AI tools are essential for modern outbound prospecting. And by using Apollo.io we have achieved automated outbound at scale for less cost-per-contact than we were paying with a mishmash of legacy tools.

The bonus functionality of unmasking inbound leads (Apollo's Inbound add-on) has super charged our ABM efforts, allowing us to refine advertising and double down on channels that are driving key personas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Apollo is a vibe-coded mess of a platform. The workflows are filled with unintuitive or flat-out broken functionality. The product documentation is virtually non-existent and support SLAs are unacceptably slow (15 days for technical response).

All building in the platform requires extensive trial-and-error testing or dedication building sessions with Apollo staff (although these building sessions almost always end with more questions than answers). Escalating these product concerns internally results in resigned acceptance and sincere apologies but no path to improvement.

Determining whether unexpected product behavior is a bug or a poorly designed feature can take weeks, leaving admins with a devil's bargain of building around it or building temporary fixes that must be rebuilt in the future.

Credit utilization is a big black box, with almost no clarification or controls around credits used by the account or used by the individual (credits used on a dialer count towards both!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Prospecting and Outreach with Apollo.io Platform"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I like most about Apollo.io is how it brings together tasks I’d normally have to manage across multiple tools. Rather than maintaining separate tools for finding prospects, validating contact data, and managing outreach, Apollo.io keeps most of that workflow in one platform, which makes the overall process feel much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Understanding credits, data availability, enrichment, filters, and sequencing logic is a bit complicated. You may struggle to validate critical contact information, since data accuracy varies across different markets and companies. Also, it takes a considerable time to understand all the filters, credits, workflows and automation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
