I like how easy the UI/UX design is, I can easily access my searches, lists and contacts without getting lost. Most of the data within its database is correct and up to date and its pretty fast with gathering all of the data no matter how many filters I use. I love that it connects with LinkedIn and I am able to find updated information on these contacts through the LinkedIn that I find using Apollo.io. The AI that it uses is actually quite helpful with assisting on an automated outreach pipeline and helping setup emails and LinkedIn messages to reach out to contacts with. We do receive support emails and customer success emails but we have had a lot experience with these type of tools and haven't had a problem with the tool yet. I have come across various contacts that no longer work at where they are registered at within Apollo.io, although Apollo does provide LinkedIn links where you can find the updated information. Sometimes the emails are correct but the phone numbers are not, sometimes its the other way around. Apollo.io helped us find new prospects and clients, angel investors and future possibilities along with helping us set up an automated outreach program. The AI within the system helped us type out the outreach emails and LinkedIn messages. I really like the mass sending feature in Apollo.io. It allows me to easily send one message to 30 people, and provides analytics like how many people opened it and their reactions. The analytics especially help me see if my email is effective and getting people to click. I also appreciate how I can send emails quickly, and Apollo.io spaces them out intermittently, so it doesn’t come off as robotic. Setting it up was very easy as well. I just connected my email, and I didn’t have to spend any money to get started because I got 100 free credits. It’s been incredibly convenient and time-saving compared to manually doing everything, which took lots of hours before. "Apollo.io Makes Prospecting Fast with Precise Filters and All-in-One Workflows" 4/5 What do you like best about Apollo.io? Apollo.io keeps me coming back because I can swiftly move from spotting a target company to making a solid prospect list. The filters are precise for zeroing in on the perfect candidates. I've learned not to trust every contact record on Apollo.io without double-checking. While most data's helpful, I often find outdated info like old job titles or email addresses, especially at rapidly growing firms where roles are constantly changing.
