**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

I like using Apollo.io because it's very user-friendly and quick to grasp, even for experienced users or those new to the platform. I appreciate that the interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate, which helps me know exactly how many tasks are due and set up my daily pipeline. I also love the statistics and reporting feature, which gives me a better understanding of my daily successes. These reports are crucial for my team, as they use the stats provided in Apollo to show where we're trending upward in prospecting. Additionally, the reports help us understand which key messages land in calls and which emails work best, making Apollo.io valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

I would say that the AI feature needs to be a little bit improved because in terms of the quality of prospects that it suggests for our platform at Dispatch Science. There are a lot of ecoms and three p l's and people that don't quite fit our demographic. Or I also don't appreciate how within the chat, if I've already built filters for specific lead lists, that it kind of wipes all those out, if I ask for help in tweaking that. It kinda just goes off on a little bit of a tangent, so I feel that that needs to definitely be improved as it goes along. And also, the Apollo product itself, does not integrate or sync with Dynamic three sixty five. So during the initial setup, there was no way to actually onboard and bring over and sync all of the leads that we already had in our CRM into Apollo that had to be done manually.

Apollo.io helps me weed out incompatible leads and facilitates multichannel outreach. It integrates dialing, LinkedIn, and email into one platform for streamlined prospecting.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

I use Apollo.io to find new clients with their extensive database of individuals within a company. I like how it helps me receive updated contact information, which benefits my workflows greatly. The numbers and emails we extract from Apollo.io are often up to date, allowing me to reach the decision makers efficiently. I also find great value in being able to connect more frequently with decision makers within a company, thanks to the current contact information provided. Setting up Apollo.io was very easy, and after an initial hiccup with the account manager not being prompt with an onboarding call, it's been smooth sailing ever since.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

We don't really use their dialer or their sequences since we have use Apollo.io. I would say there should be more of an emphasis on providing more data for contacts than their CRM system.

I use Apollo.io to find new clients and keep contact information up to date, which helps us connect more frequently with decision makers.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

It is all in one tool very easy to use & I use it daily as of my workflow. I can scrape high quality leads from this, Can run email cmpaigns directly from here, the power ups tool fo this for personalized mails is great and its direct dialer do great job overall this one software fulfill my all needs from cold to close leads in one place. Customer support is also great like they resolve the issue instantly over the email only. Easy to integrate with the other softwares I use and not very hard to implement.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

It has some technical glitches like sometimes the comapny data gets stuck like shows less no of companies (and it last max 2-4 hrs) and sometimes it takes too long for updating the data of website visitors which should be real time.

**What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entire process of Sales and Outrech  is now more efficient and effective now as it streamlines leads generation by providing high quality data with all the filtering and personas options which makes it easy to find the right prospects quickly. For my email outreach its simple sequence section is great I run all my email camapigns directly from here adn its workflow automation sections is life saver it simplify managing large scale outreaach efforts. 

Apollo AI or powerups feature is also great it saves my time for research about prospect this feature does that part very efficiently it give summary about the prospect it drafts personalized email for me which drives me higher enagament. Additionally, its insights nad detailed analytics dashboard is great i can track all the camapigns and performacne form one single dashbaord.

I use Apollo.io for prospecting and building my datasheet, which really helps with getting details of prospects and verifying their credentials. I appreciate the sequencing of tasks and data enrichment features that make prospecting much easier. Before, I used to spend a lot of time prospecting instead of just calling, but now Apollo.io has made my life easier. The initial setup was also easy, and within the first week, we were able to use it effectively.

Apollo is a very user-friendly CRM platform that also uses AI to help identify, cultivate, and ultimately solicit donors. Both the paid and free versions are great and functional.

Sometimes, the platform can look overwhelming at first, with a lot of tools, tabs and unique functions that can feel confusing. It integrates pretty smoothly with other applications, but yet, sometimes can take time to fully come to realization.

**What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apollo is solving the problem of scattered prospecting and outbound sales work. Instead of having to use one tool for lead discovery, another for contact info, and another for outreach, Apollo brings those pieces together in one platform. It's clean and helpful. That benefits me by helping me (and our team!) find the right people faster, organize outreach more efficiently, and spend less time on manual list building

I really like Apollo.io because it allows me to search for potential prospects and get their real contact information to reach out to decision makers directly. Also, the setup of Apollo.io is quite easy and intuitive, so there wasn't much adaptation needed.

There's still a lot of contacts that will allow you to click on 'get phone number,' but then a phone number doesn't exist yet. Sometimes that can be a little bit challenging because you're hoping to find the phone number of that prospect, but there's no real contact information for them.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

I like Apollo.io because it helped eliminate excess tools, and now we're able to operate solely from the Apollo platform. I love the email finding, verification, and enrichment features, and the sequencing function is great. We can find, verify, and enrich the emails of our target contacts, and the sequencing tool integrates well into our email system, letting us deliver emails and have direct links to contact websites and LinkedIn profiles. The initial setup of Apollo.io was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

The AI engine does not work well for me. Apollo needs better company filters, especially in the industry part. I should be able to ask the AI engine to find me all the manufacturing companies in MI with 50-60 employees.

**What do you like best about Apollo.io?**

New things the apollo is that it have a separate split window in Chrome extension that is very easy to use I don't have to open apollo.in Chrome browser as just have to change the URL link of any LinkedIn or website and it opens their only it's the save lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

One thing it can improve is to give direct numbers in mobile numbers of your profile persons so that I don't have to go for another to like a man food to get the direct number in mobile number because every time I see for dial numbers in Apollo it's just so the headquarters of his number and nothing else

**What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem was getting the Contacts email and its LinkedIn profile. Manually doing takes more time and Most time didn't get right profile also. But now i can do my work faster and with accurately. I am so used to apollo.io that i can not work without it.

It also allows me to quickly access contact details directly from LinkedIn, which is crucial for my job as a salesperson. Having up-to-date data is essential, and I feel Apollo.io provides pretty reasonably current information that helps me contact people effectively.

The plugin can be very lagging and quite consuming of computer memory. It doesn't work seamlessly as we would like it to. It can hang if you have lots of tabs open.

The information provided about each contact and company is quite complete, detailed, and reliable. It allows me to select prospects based on data and find the right people to contact in each company to sell my B2B services.

Additionally, it is quite easy to use, at least in its basic functionalities. While it is true that it offers a large number of more advanced features that may require more knowledge or a greater learning curve, for everyday use it doesn't require much effort.

The search and query limit of the free version is quite limited, but the paid plans do not have a very high cost either.

Apollo.io helps me locate prospects and specific roles within each company for the sale of b2b services for my business. This saves me a lot of time since in a matter of minutes I can have a list of contacts for my specific niche without much effort. Additionally, when I am analyzing a company to offer my b2b services, I can access, in most cases with the Chrome integration, a lot of information about the company (revenue volume, number of employees, latest news, etc.) which allows me to better understand the company's data to decide based on that whether it can be a potential client or not.

I think data accuracy needs improvement, as sometimes the numbers or contact information, especially phone numbers, have been wrong. If that could be improved, it would be a game changer for me. Being able to find and specify both would be great.

A lot of the contacts seem outdated, and the success rate of getting someone to answer is lower than I’d expect. One person even told me they haven’t been in that business for five years. I am also overwhelmed by the side bar, too many options. The user experience on the website isn't the best and could be improved. I prefer claude connection.

I use Apollo.io for prospecting and it really saves me a lot of time because I don't have to search separately for email addresses of prospects. Everything is all in one place, making my job much easier. I also like the option to export data, which is hassle-free. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, and everything works perfectly to help me do my job seamlessly. I think it's a great tool and there's nothing I see needing improvement at the moment.

There is nothing to dislike about apollo, it gives you end number of emails addresses and all of them are correct, no changes required its the best tool out there

I like that it seamlessly combines lead sourcing as well as outreach management, and that it connects well with a lot of establishes CRMs. Basically, you use it everyday, all the time. Also with the handy browser widget that gives you direct access to companies and people you are surfing on linkedin or on other websites.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

If I would pick a thing that I did not like is that it has little support for languages outside of english. For example, when doing outreach in non-english speaking countries the gender of the person is an essential information for addressing people. Apollo supports adding custom fields and adding that info manually, but that would be a feature that would be great if added from apollo directly - gender estimation based on name or on the linkedin gender tag (he/him, she/her etc.)

I like Apollo.io for being easy to use and beginner-friendly, which saves me time on sales training. The platform has no unnecessary features, making it straightforward to create workflows and lead enrichment for my team. It also helped me overcome the challenge of email deliverability, which was a significant benefit. Setting it up was practically very easy and customizable, and I got it up and running in about 2 hours.

the the extension of side bar, whenever, i open the side bar, it shrinks the present screen which I dont like, I want it to open like lusha, on top of the screen, earlier it used to open like lusha, but now they have changed it.

At present, Apollo.io is not a tool you should invest in if you don't have it already. The current goal seems to be to extract maximum revenue from customers. This meant taking parts of the existing functionality and charging it as an 'add on.' Most of the development is behind a paywall with extra charges, and in many cases, small businesses cannot benefit without buying multiple licenses. Apollo.io should review its approach for small businesses, especially those not based in the US. Currently, to use the dialing feature in the UK, you need to buy the next tier, but this is not available unless you purchase multiple licenses. So essentially, core functionality is not available to any SME outside of the US.

Sometime the data is not fully up to date, so few contacts bounce or aren't relevant anymore. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many filter an option. It work well overall but it is take some time to get use to.

Recently I noticed Apollo.io has improved alot in data accuracy and filtering options. The enrichment feature is more better now and it helps us find relevent contacts based on job title and company size. Also the chrome extention works well with LinkedIn and makes lead saving faster then before. Overall it feels more stable and useful for daily prospecting work.

Apollo.io is good overall but it can improve more on email accuracy sometime, few emails bounce. Also the UI feels little heavy when using large filters. It will be better if credit usage is more clear and real time. Apart from this support response time can be improve little bit.

I like using Apollo.io to search for leads and find emails. I have started using the sequences to obtain more information about clients or prospects. Additionally, the email sequences allow me to automate contacts, which is very useful when I have to manage 100 prospects a day. This saves me a lot of time, up to 100 hours daily, by not having to write personalized emails one by one for 1000 contacts a month.

The onboarding and training process could be more supported, as there are many features included in the software that we were not aware of. We were paying for other software that did things Apollo.io already offered.

The major issues that I have faced while using apollo.io was email bouncing because there are some emails and data that are incorrect and when you send follow ups to these addresses then emails bounce back and the leads get wasted.

The single best thing is the frictionless workflow between the database and the outreach engine. In other tools (like ZoomInfo), I often have to export a list to a CSV, clean it up, and then upload it to a separate tool like Outreach or Salesloft. With Apollo, I can run a search for 'VPs of Marketing in SaaS,' select 50 people, and click 'Add to Sequence' immediately. It removes the 'admin work' of moving data around.

**What do you dislike about Apollo.io?**

My biggest daily frustration is the 'Ghost Profile' problem. Because the database is so massive (275M+ contacts), a lot of it is outdated. I frequently burn credits unlocking a Direct Mobile number for a prospect, only to call it and find out it’s their old desk phone from a job they left two years ago. I spend about 20% of my prospecting time just double checking LinkedIn to make sure the person actually still works there, because I can’t fully rely on Apollo’s data freshness.

**What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem Apollo solved for us was tool fragmentation and cost. Before Apollo, we were paying for a data provider (like ZoomInfo), a separate sequencing tool (like Outreach), and a separate email verification tool. It was expensive and clunky to move data between them. Apollo consolidated all of that into one platform. The benefit is that we cut our sales tech stack costs by about 60%, and my daily workflow is seamless because the data and the dialer live in the same window.
