**What do you like best about Aplia?**

Aplia has not impressed me with its poor updates to the user interface. There is still room, for improvement in terms of engaging the users. It would be better if they aligned themselves with the platform standards.

**What do you dislike about Aplia?**

I encountered an issue in one of my classes where the quiz our professor posted was not accessible through the app upon logging in. This incident led him to consider using TopHat. Another area that uses some improvement is the consistency of scoring methods for assignments.

**What problems is Aplia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aplias interface is quite cumbersome and difficult to navigate which causes frustration among users. The platform lacks a user design feel overwhelming due to its abundance of features. Their customer support leaves much to be desired with slow response times and unhelpful assistance.
