I also appreciate being able to spontaneously apply for a job or shift without always having to call my work. The initial setup of Aplano was very easy, taking me only about 2 minutes with an invitation link from my workplace. **What do you dislike about Aplano?** Not that much, it’d be cool if there was a messaging feature directly integrated within Aplano. I think the calendar view sometimes is a bit cluttered. **What problems is Aplano solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aplano to manage my work shifts, making planning easier by bundling all shifts and tasks in one app. I appreciate the simple user interface and the ability to apply for shifts spontaneously without having to call. ### 2.
