## About APIWorx
APIWORX is a fully managed integration platform (iPaaS) built for eCommerce businesses, distributors, and B2B operators who need reliable, scalable data flow between their critical systems — without building or maintaining the integrations themselves. We design, monitor, and own the integrations that keep your commerce operations running — order sync, inventory updates, settlement reconciliation, and EDI compliance — so your team isn't stuck debugging failed jobs at midnight. When a Wayfair ASN rejects or a NetSuite mapping breaks, we catch it and fix it, often before it becomes a chargeback or a missed financial close. At the core of the platform is a proprietary unified data model. Rather than passing raw data between systems, APIWORX normalizes every transaction — orders, inventory, shipments, invoices, payments, returns, customers, and vendors — into a governed, cross-system data layer with 15 entity types and 200+ normalized fields. This means a Shopify order, a NetSuite sales order, and an EDI 850 purchase order all resolve to the same identity and schema. No manual mapping. No downstream data conflicts. APIWORX connects to 60+ platforms out of the box, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart on the commerce side; NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks on the ERP and accounting side; and ShipStation, SPS Commerce, and major 3PLs across fulfillment and EDI. Custom REST API connections are supported for the systems that don't fit a standard mold. We built APIWORX for the operations that are too complex for off-the-shelf connectors and too important to leave fragile: ERP migrations, retailer EDI onboarding, marketplace settlement reconciliation, and multichannel inventory sync across warehouses and sales channels. The outcomes our customers see: fewer chargebacks from late or rejected EDI documents, faster monthly financial close, zero overselling across channels, and full payload-level visibility into every transaction for fast troubleshooting. Behind all of it is a US-based team that owns the flow end to end — not a ticket queue and not offshore handoffs.
