The built-in uptime and Apdex/error alerts are incredibly useful, too. We switched from our own hot mess of ELK/Prometheus/Grafana after getting tired of wasting hours into building dashboards that never turned out quite right, and were instantly delighted with what we found in Apitally after adding a mere five lines of code to our backend (yes, that's the whole setup). It also doesn't lean into AI tooling as much. It's also really helpful for logging errors when I need to debug something. What I like most is how easy it is to get started. Their library works straght out of the box with my python (fastapi) framework, so the whole integration took me less than 10 minutes. Honestly building something like this myself would have taken a lot of time and I doubt I would have ended up with such a clean UI. The real-time monitoring is great, and the interface is simple and intuitive. I can easily filter by time or by endpoint, which makes it super quick to spot errors and understand what's going on. Having response times per endpoint is also really useful when I want to improve performance. On top of that, the princing feels fair for what you get.
